Reviews

“Great service, product, install, and customer service! Our install was completed yesterday and we had been working with David since April. This is not a complaint, it is a testament to Davids patience and dedication to get us the right flooring for our home, even when we had to restart due to manufacturing issues. Colin was easy to work with for scheduling and got us scheduled a couple days earlier than originally offered. Devin- My Guy!!! Devin was the lead on our install. He was a hard worker for sure, but his customer service is unmatched in the construction industry. He is funny, hard working, customer focused, and really wants to do the best thing for your home. I work in the trades, and had some of my own ideas or thoughts, and Devin gave me some insight on why we shouldnt do some things the way I thought based on industry best standards. I had to step back, appreciate and take his advice as the industry expert. I also want to extend our gratitude to Devins install team and Steve who has been in the industry for 30 years. The team even moved all our furniture to and fro, and even helped us get our area rugs in the right spot down to the millimeter. Haha. Our floors look great, the entire DE team was a pleasure to work with. I would strongly recommend them! Thanks team!”
