My balcony had never been treated or stained, so it had 5 years of mildew and pollen build up on it that I gave up on cleaning after hours of scrubbing (first photo). The pressure washing made it look brand new and the stain on it is perfect. It’s been years since I’ve been happy with my outdoor space and now I can’t wait to enjoy it!!

DeckXperts stained and sealed my patio. They were so friendly, fast and professional. Their quote came in at a fair price and they made sure to go the extra mile to have my patio looking better than it ever has. I would highly recommend them!
Francisco and his team were great to work with! They came to my house and measured my deck, gave me a fair price for great work, and communicated through the whole process. The quality and care they put in shows. I’m thrilled with the result and highly recommend them for your deck project.
They were awesome! They were great offering suggestions to our deck. They really brought new life to our deck. So glad we worked with them. I have referred them to 3 other ppl and will use then again for future deck needs
Great job on our deck and very responsive!! Will use again 👏
Worked with my schedule and catered to my color combination. Even when I messed up the color they were patient and redid the work without any issues. I’d gladly hire again and will refer to others!
Francisco and his team did a fantastic job repairing and restoring my patio deck. He was very professional and responsive as the work was being completed. Lastly they were able to give our house a long needed power wash. I would definitely recommend Francisco and his team for any fence, deck, and power washing services that is needed.
