Highly recommend DeepSteamNC! They just cleaned our couch and side chair, and the results are amazing. Our couch honestly feels brand new again. They were prompt, professional, and showed incredible attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely use them again!

Hi, this review is neither negative nor positive. I'd say this is a neutral review. I can't necessarily recommend Dani, but I wouldn't deter everyone away from him either. If you are someone who suffers from the condition known as "Fragrance Sensitivity", do not use Dani, unfortunately. If you're someone who doesn't suffer from the condition, Dani is definitely the guy for you. I have fragrance sensitivity and certain chemicals give me very bad migraine headaches and some breathing issues. I reached out to a few providers on Thumbtack and came across Dani. I like Dani's responsiveness and professionalism. Overall he's a great guy. He works hard and he explains things as he's going along the process. I did not have a good experience though because his product that he uses is not smell-free even though he assured me that it was (Note: see attachments). It was disappointing. I noticed a chemical smell left behind from his cleaning solution on my couches, cushions, and cushion cases and told him about it. He noticed the smell too. He wasn't unprofessional or mean about it, nevertheless it was very disappointing. I have a one-bedroom apartment and several nights after Dani's couch cleaning I had to barricade myself in my bedroom because I was trying to air out the chemical smell in my living room with all the windows open, the ceiling fan on, and baking soda on the couches to try to get rid of the smell left by Dani's cleaning chemicals. I even put an old shirt at the bottom of my bedroom door to make sure I kept the chemical smell in the living room out of my bedroom while I was sleeping. Fortunately, I was able to get rid of 85% - 90% of the smell over the span of 4-5 days. I had to re-wash my couch cushion cases myself in my washing machine, use baking soda on the couches, turn my ceiling fan on, and open the windows. The smell is still somewhat on the couches so I'm rinsing them by hand and using my smell-free laundry detergent to get rid of the smell that is on the couches itself left behind by Dani's cleaning solution. All in all, I'd recommend Dani if you are someone who does not have Fragrance Sensitivity. Dani is not a bad guy at all. But if you are someone who does have Fragrance Sensitivity, you can't use Dani. His products aren't fragrance-free and you'll be doing a lot of work trying to get rid of the smell. You may have to go with a standard company that uses true fragrance-free cleaning solutions specifically for customers that suffer from fragrance sensitivity. Summary: -Overall Dani is a great guy. He is very responsive and professional. -If you have fragrance sensitivity, don't use Dani, unfortunately. -If you don't have fragrance sensitivity, go with Dani. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service - Highly Recommend Dan! I can't say enough good things about Dan and the outstanding job he did on my 5-piece sectional today. I reached out to several upholstery cleaning companies on Thumbtack first thing this morning, and within an hour Dan responded with a very reasonable quote and let me know he could come out the very same day. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, punctual, respectful, polite, and courteous. He took great care in his work and it was obvious he genuinely cares about delivering excellent results. My sectional looks fantastic, and the amount of effort and attention to detail he put into the job was truly impressive. It's not often you find someone who combines great customer service, fair pricing, and top-quality work, but Dan exceeded my expectations in every way. I couldn't be happier with the results and will absolutely use him again in the future. I'll also be recommending him to friends, family, and anyone looking for upholstery cleaning services.
