Shawn was so invested in helping me out with finding out how these insects kept getting into my exhaust bathroom vent from the outside. He and I discussed through it for hours over text and realized the HVAC exhaust pipe was not replaced properly. We are going to investigate further and get it clamped and secured with metal tape. Thanks Shawn!
Very professional and helpful will definitely be using him again if needed
I discovered Dehaven Pest Control on the Nextdoor app after a friend recommended Nextdoor to find a local service to remove a hornet nest from our property. Dehaven Pest Control responded right away and removed the hornet nest as well as a wasp nest for a very reasonable price the very next day! Shawn was very knowledgeable, arrived on time, and got the job done right away! He was a delight to speak with and genuinely cared about our community. We are now bee-free & happy as can be! I highly recommend Dehaven pest control for your pest control needs!
Shawn from DeHaven Pest Control was awesome! Super personable, knowledgeable, and honest—he actually took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in a way that made sense. He didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need or push a subscription on me, which I really appreciated. Instead, he focused on the actual issue and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. It’s clear he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about his customers. If you need pest control and want someone who’s honest, down-to-earth, and great at what they do, definitely call Shawn!
Dehaven Pest Control is great!!! We actually subscribed pest control services from another company, and now we got a wasp problem inside the house. Guess what? The company that we subscribed, they are even more afraid of the wasps than us… so we have to get other professionals to help us out. And we’re very lucky to find the right people! He helped us take out the wasp nest from the ceiling and vacuum out all the debris. I’m very happy about the work and thinking about switching the prevention services with him too! Highly recommended!
After several attempts and hard work Shawn caught one of the critters doing damage. Sure appreciate his persistency and willingness to work with me on this.
Still in process of dealing with this infestation so only evaluating the initial visit.
Dehaven is amazing .. quick to respond ... very personable and knowledgeable... came expecting and infestation just to tell me it wasnt that and adjusted the price according to his findings ... highly recommend
I'm very happy with Dehaven Pest Control! He was very responsive, reasonably priced, punctual and a real expert. He put my mind at ease regarding a possible bug problem and that's priceless! I highly recommend.
