Victor and his team at DELCID FLOORING LLC came to our home, evaluated the work to be performed and gave us an estimate there on the spot. He was communicating with us in a timely manner about any questions we had about the flooring we wanted to choose for our home and even recommended the correct materials that were needed to get the job done correctly. On the day the job was to be performed, Victor and his team were prompt and professional throughout the entire project. The also took the time to answer any questions regarding how the flooring were to be installed throughout our home and placed all the furniture back exactly how it was prior to installing the flooring. I would highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.

They were awesome! They showed up right on time, even though it was pouring rain outside. The crew worked super fast and knocked out my living room, hall, bedroom, and three stair landings in under five hours. Everything looks so clean and well-put-together. Highly recommend them if you need floors done!
They had great communication for the quote and initial set up of the appointment. Then they no called no showed on the appointment with no communication since the appointment was originally set up. This seems like an anomaly based off of the other reviews but unfortunate nonetheless.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Delcid Flooring! They did an amazing job installing the LVP flooring in my home. The quality of the work was excellent, everything was done with great attention to detail, and the finished floors look absolutely beautiful. They were professional, reliable, and took pride in their work. The entire process was smooth, and I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out. If you’re looking for someone to install flooring, I definitely recommend giving Delcid Flooring a call. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Delcid Flooring, for the great work!
Victor was great to work with , he came with 3 guys , 2 trucks , trash was picked up. Installation was on the mark. Great attitude, work ethic and punctual. Rare to find such people these days.
The Delcid flooring team did a great job on installing carpet in my 3 seasons room. They allowed me to order the carpet I wanted from Lowe’s - they did the pickup, installation, and removal of old carpet. Pricing was reasonable. Victor was responsive via text, and even worked thru an issue where Lowe’s dropped the ball on my carpet order. I’ll definitely have these guys be my first call moving forward on any flooring needs. Check out the photos of the carpet job they did.
My husband and I connected with Delcid Flooring last week when I put out a tight-turn request for flooring quotes on Thumbtack. We just closed on a lake house, a house with tons of carpet -- blue carpet. Not exactly our vision of lake living! Anxious to move in, we hoped to find a flooring company that could assist us quickly, do quality work and not break the bank. Impossible, right? Wrong! Victor responded almost immediately, ready and willing to make the hour+ drive from Raleigh to take measurements and give us a quote. He arrived on time and was very personable and professional. He shared photos of the team's past LVP installs and, after taking measurements, gave us a very reasonable quote and explained their process and what to expect. We knew we wanted to hire Delcid even before he left. From quote to project completion was less than a week. Victor even picked up our plank flooring for us -- and when he identified a potential problem with the flooring we'd purchased, he dropped everything to meet me and choose a better quality replacement at an excellent price. On install day, a five-man team arrived early and worked quickly to get the floors done in a single day. Victor texted updates and photos throughout, keeping us apprised of their progress. They did lots of extras, too, like moving around heavy furniture left by the sellers. The floor are gorgeous! No more carpet. The house is completely transformed. Thank you, Victor and team, for a job well done!
Victor and his team were amazing and efficient! They did our whole house 3000sqf in one day and then the stairs the following week! He was so nice and easy to work with! He answered all of our questions quickly and once the material arrived his team installed it the next day!
Victor did an excellent job on my floors. My only issue is he offered to put up two ceiling fans and replace the sinks and toilets in my home. He said he would take the old sinks away. He got the toilets and sinks partly installed and said he would have to come back to finish the job. He never came back and stopped answering my phone calls and text messages. He also put the old sinks in the storage room on my front porch instead of taking them away as he promised and left a heap of trash on the front porch(pic attached). Very unprofessional. I would advised to not have any work done from this team outside of floors.
Victor came out to my property and gave me very reasonable quote that was better than other Flooring company. He and his crew completed my floors in only a few hours. His work was very professional and it looked absolutely great!
Victor was great from the onset of the my project!!! His price was very reasonable. On the day we set for him to come and do my flooring, he came on time with his team! They were quick, efficient, and respectful of me and my things! We hit a roadblock with the flooring, because the place I ordered the flooring didn't deliver all my orders. I was disappointed, but Victor assured me that once the rest of the parts arrive, he'll make sure to come back and finish up the work. Obviously I was skeptical about this and paying him the full money. But this was no fault of his own, so I had to just trust that it'll work out! Once all the parts came in, Victor was there as soon as I informed him and we agreed on the day and time! I was really impressed! Matching the stair nose was another roadblock we hit. The ones I got wasn't going to work, but yet again, Victor was patient and understanding. He came back on 10/28/2025 to finish the work that started over two weeks ago!!! I don't write reviews like this especially a lengthy one like this. But for this Victor and his team, I'll a whole book and MORE!!!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Victor and his company!! They'll be my go to flooring company moving forward! Because I have two more rooms that needs flooring!! Victor thank you so MUCH!!!
Ripped out some carpet out of one bedroom & wanted to replace the carpet on my stairs with it. Delcid flooring gave me an immediate estimate. Came as soon as it was convenient for me they assessed, and assembled the carpet in under 3 hours. It was amazing work for the value. They're top of my list for any other flooring projects I have.
