No show, No call for the initial appointment. When I spoke to Anna, she told me she would check the schedule and call me back in a few mins. No call back, she didn't answer my calls when I called back. No response to message. wasted a whole day of my time.

I had a great experience working with Ana and her onsite team at Delta. My project included removing and repairing walls in two bedrooms to make space for a closet systems, installing/rewiring overhead fans, and repairing carpet. Ana was super professional, responsive, and organized - I felt like the planning and execution of my project was in good hands. The team we had onsite were punctual, professional, worked quickly and left the site tidy each day. I would recommend them to anyone!
Shady business dealing. She wants a deposit before starting the work, I gave her the deposit, then changed her tone and wanted all the money upfront because she said I hadn’t signed the contract. I agreed to sign it if she sent it to me. The gentleman picking up the check and sample carpet came back with the check because I asked to keep the sample carpet to compare with the actual carpet that will be delivered and they can take it away after that, with the remainder of the payment. She told him to return the check if I didn’t trust that they’ll do the work if I pay in full in advance. Will definitely not do business with this company.
Never showed up for the scheduled appointment. Didn’t call or text. Very unprofessional.
Ended not going with this for this job but the rep was very responsive
I hired Delta contractor Group to do a backsplash for my kitchen. The team was professional, keep me updated on the process, finished on time with no upsells or mess left behind. The backsplash look amazing Thanks
