All the above. Kyle was on time very nice and friendly plus very knowledgeable of his work. Kyle waste no time found the problems with my computer plus did some more stuff to make my computer work great. The price was very reasonable if you have ever had took it some where else like Best Buy. Kyle seem very trustworthy and that is a trait hard to come by now days

After a disastrous experience with a prior tech, who did not do the work request requested and left the computer worse than it was before, it was a pleasure to work with Kyle. The fact that he knew what he was doing an actually has experience in training in Computer Repair made him a better choice. I wished I had chosen him from the start. I highly recommend him and his professionalism.
