The contractor agreed to perform the job as I requested and specified. However, once he arrived on-site, he stated that he was unable to complete the work as requested and instead wanted to do the project according to how he felt it should be done. When I expressed my displeasure with this and pointed out the sloppy workmanship, I went inside my home. The contractor then called the police and stated that a dispute had arisen. Two officers arrived at my residence, and I asked the contractor to leave my property. The contractor became upset and proceeded to destroy the work he had done. During this outburst, cement was splashed throughout my yard. I had also purchased additional cement for the project. He initially refused to give the remaining cement to me but eventually did so by dropping it in the middle of my driveway. As the contractor was getting into his truck to leave, he pointed his middle finger at me in an offensive gesture. Throughout this incident, the contractor demonstrated a lack of professionalism, respect, and the level of knowledge and workmanship I expected based on his agreement to perform the project. His aggressive behavior and conduct while on my property were particularly concerning.

Patio Demo and post - demolition grading job The job was completed quickly and professionally. The only issue I had was that during the demo, a nearby parking pad and fence gate doors were damaged to the point of needing repairs. The contractor disagreed that repairs were warranted.
