Shane and his team were wonderful. They went above and beyond to help us on a tight schedule and demoed both of our bathrooms in 1 day. The protected everything and kept the house clean during demo. We will absolutely use them again when needed. Highly recommend!!

Great value. Great person. I would use his company anytime.
Had a concrete step I needed removed. Shane got started on it early. Didn’t have time to get dressed and grab coffee before he was done! Amazing, efficient work and a very personable person.
Can’t say enough about Shane and his team. My elderly mom’s bathroom flooded and Shane and his crew showed up and worked hard and went above and beyond to communicate through the whole process tearing out the bathroom. Was so impressed with his work, hired him then next day to haul away some junk. You can’t go wrong hiring him for your demo or junk hauling.
Good experience with Shane and team. They made quick work of an old playhouse we needed gone in a few short hours
Shane and his crew did an impeccable demo job on our bathroom. They showed up exactly when they said they would, worked steadily throughout the day, and left the area clean and clear when they left. I would highly recommend and look forward to using them again.
Make the call to Dependable Demolition if you want a team that defines their name. They were extraordinarily communicative and thorough throughout the process of an interior demolition. They took great care with their work, and were notably the most respectful contractors that we have had the pleasure to work with in 19 years of renovation projects. We only wish we could hire them for more work!
Was so smooth and easy to work on this demo project thanks to Shane and his team that helped with tear down of our old kitchen cabinets and fake brick walls. They were quick, efficient workers who took care of the home and were so helpful and communicated well the whole time. Even saved a wall that I was planning on replacing the drywall on because of their careful and thoughtful demo work. 10 out of 10!
Shane was great to work with. He had our kitchen tiles out of there by mid day. Fair price and thorough job. Highly recommend.
Shane did a fantastic job taking down an old chimney and furnace that I needed help with. Went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and showed genuine interest in contributing to our garage remodel project. Did it in a fraction of the time that it would have taken me, much appreciated!
