Was getting water in my garage from heavy rainfall. Mike came quickly, assessed the situation and within a couple of days had the work completed. Just in time for a storm with no water, the problem was resolved! No hassles, aggressive sales just no-fuss partnering to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend!

Mike is responsive, professional, and trustworthy. We are in the process of selling a house and his insight was invaluable.
Great Services! He came over and answered any questions I had. Made me feel at easy of my concerns. Very profesional. I would recommend 100%.
Solid job for a good price! I needed a support beam added underneath a section of my house in a tighter crawlspace. Mike was very professional, listened to my needs and got the job done promptly.
They talked me through what the potential drainage problem could be in my yard. Very efficient and nice to help that way, made me feel comfortable!
We met with three waterproofing companies to get quotes for our unfinished commercial basement. We went with Mike because he was very thorough and knew what he was talking about but he also had the best price. I don't feel like he was trying to sell us like some of the companies too busy making social media reals to promot their company. We liked Mike from the first meeting, he is very nice and he was very thorough to explain the process and how pictures of what it would look like. I also liked that he had experience with other similar properties in Downtown Alpharetta. The process was very seamless and just like they said. They also hauled away all the debris in a dumpster they brought it.
So I have gotten service and quotes from many companies and they are by far the BEST. Mike will only do what’s needed and the price is beyond fair. He is always available by phone if questions arise. I been trying to fix my leak for at least 6 years and it’s finally done correctly. If you’re unsure HIRE THEM…
They fixed a leak in garage 2 years ago. Recently, with the heavy rains, it leaked again. I called them and they came out the next day and fixed the problem. They stand behind their work. Can’t say that about others.
Wonderful professional. I don’t think I’ve ever seen any company like this. Mike, who came to do my quote, was uncomplicated, honest, clear, and quick. Sometimes when I need a quote, I set aside 30 minutes from my work break and people spend 1 hour to 2 hours just to look at something and question me. He was super practical and spent less than 10 minutes to give me the solution to my problems, which is bad smells in the house due to mold in the crownspace. I highly recommend the company! P.S. He was punctual and I really appreciate it.
Mike responded quickly to my request to evaluate my water intrusion issue. He then provided the information I needed to further investigate the source of the leak. He also explained options for fixing the problem if the leak continued. He was generous with his time and advice and very professional.
Mike was very communicative and his crew got the job done in a timely manner and a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
I had the pleasure of working with Mike for a water remediation project in my basement, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Mike not only efficiently addressed the issue but also took the time to thoroughly explain the causes and the proposed solution. His professional communication and follow-through were exceptional, providing me with the peace of mind I needed during a potentially stressful situation. I highly recommend Mike for his expertise, dedication, and outstanding service.
Mike and his team did a phenomenal job waterproofing our basement. Customer service was exceptional from the very first meeting until the job was complete. I had several companies come do quotes and Mike won me over by being what I felt was extremely upfront and honest. I felt like I was working on the project and decisions with Mike as opposed to just being sold services as others companies did. Everything was explained thoroughly from beginning to end. We've already had stuff in our unfinished basement and the care his team took by ensuring every nook and cranny was covered and protected was outstanding. They were respectful of the place and when they left, honestly, the area looked better than when they started. I already have future projects for Desert Waterproofing and I'll recommend them to any of my friends or family who require this service.
Mike and his team did such a great job. We really appreciated the professionalism and quality of their work. Will definitely use them again the next time we have a waterproofing project.
