I had a great experience with Nova. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to explain the whole process, eve recommendation the best option for installation before starting. The work was done quickly and neatly, and they made sure everything was properly sealed and venting safely. They also cleaned up thoroughly afterward and tested the dryer to ensure it was running efficiently. I noticed a big improvement right away — clothes dry faster, and there’s no more excess heat in the laundry room. Overall, outstanding service, fair pricing, and great attention to detail. I highly recommend Nova for anyone needing dryer vent installation or maintenance!

Design by Nova were excellent: punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. I recommend without reservation!
The gentleman that did the repair spoke very little English but he used "Google translate" to communicate which was enough to see that initiative and effort!! He was extension professional, provided me with future tools to to clean my appliance, he was friendly. I truly and finally had a positive experience having to do with this nightmare of a recall from Midea!!!
