About Designs By: L
Designs By: L is a woman-owned residential construction and maintenance company with 10+ years of hands-on experience. I specialize in flooring, finish carpentry, trim work, painting, furniture assembly, punch-list repairs, selective kitchen and bathroom improvements, and short-term rental maintenance. I’ve managed everything from small repair projects to full-house renovations and flips, and I bring that same attention to detail to every job. My goal is simple: clear communication, quality workmanship, realistic scheduling, and a finished product you’re proud of.
Reviews
I hired L and her crew to design and install a cat enclosure. The design was super creative and the installation was executed professionally. She was a pleasure to work with!!!
L did an amazing job assessing a potential permanent dog door in our wall. L was knowledgeable and honest when she didn’t think that what we wanted would work out. She went above and beyond to try and provide alternatives. She left the existing space clean and better than it looked before . We have already hired L for another project for us.
Exceptional! L Exceeded our expectations! Working with L was an absolute joy! She's not only skilled but also incredibly pleasant to be around. L installed our floors flawlessly and offered valuable advice on other projects. She kept everything clean, bonded with our dogs, and was always on time. We'll definitely hire her again for future projects. Thank you, L, for your exceptional work and delightful attitude!
Patient, meticulous and super easy to work with, I would highly recommend this provider.
Words cannot describe how pleased I am to work with Lauren! She is honest, professional, enthusiastic, creative and just a pleasure to work with. Already planning my next project with her ❤️🙌🏻
I can’t recommend Laura enough! She came when she said she would, finished on time and did excellent work! I will definitely call her again if I want anything else done.
Lauren is “Right On” with all her work! It was fabulous to have her replace my screens on deck, light dimmers installed, repair wasp invasion thru my walls, squirrel damage, install shower extensions, & so much more!!! She’s my go to when I have needed repairs.
