We were considering a substantial home design project with this company. Before signing, we read their contract and asked for clarification and changes to terms that concerned us. They told us their attorney had prepared the contract, that they do not change it, and they chose not to move forward with us. My advice to anyone considering their services: ask to see the contract early, read every provision carefully, and make sure you are comfortable with it before committing.

Madeline and Damon Rohner did an exceptional job and I would highly recommend them. My 50 year old water front condo was unliverable after Hurricane Helene. I returned 10 months later with the only furniture being a bed and a chair. The Rohner's turned it into a home. Madeline took time to thoroughly go over and explain each of the mood boards. At the revealing I couldn't believe all that they had done. It was stunning!
Fred and I can’t say enough about Designs by Rohner and the amazing transformation that they created to our home. From the moment Madeline and Damon walked in, we knew we made the correct choice. Besides being friendly and easy to talk to, they listened to what we were wanting our home to feel like…warm, cozy and inviting and they did not disappoint!!! We entrusted her with her expertise. From start to finish, Madeline kept us informed through the whole process, even when we had questions. She was always a phone call or text away. They made the whole experience seamless. At the Reveal, we were in awe!!! We could not believe our eyes. It didn’t even look like our same home. They transformed our home to a beautiful sanctuary that we do not want to leave. We highly recommend Designs by Rohner. What an incredible experience!!! Thank you, Madeline and Damon! We are looking forward to Phase II. Kris and Fred
Madeline and Damon exceeded all expectations for our whole-home design. They are so easy to work with, and they made the whole process easy for us. I was afraid of the cost of using a designer, but they were able to work within my budget and deliver jaw-dropping results. They managed the whole process start to finish, kept us in the loop, and made us feel completely confident in our trust. We could not be happier. If you have a project, big or small, I highly recommend Designs by Rohner.
We reached out to Madeline because I was so tired of seeing my house half complete ! I am happy we found a ONE STOP SHOP! They do it all and that alone was amazing ! We are so close to our final reveal date but everything up to this point has been great ! I am big on communication and she has met every expectation in that department . Keeping means my husband updated on everything, letting us know what to expect and answering any questions we had . The design process was exiting and she kept us very engaged . I changed my mind a couple times but she was able to roll with the punches and adjust and our final mood board hit every single thing on our list ! I am so excited to see what our home will look like at our final reveal !! I’ll come back and post pictures !! ☺️☺️

We were looking forward to working with them after the initial consultation but it didn't work out.
We had just a couple months to make a cross country move to a new home and not bringing much of our own furniture. We were blessed to have found Madeline Rohner to help us every step of the way in designing, and getting furniture and decor for our new home. Her process made so much sense and was so very valuable in allowing us to envision and be a part of the entire process. First , the meet and greet, then specifics about our style, and what to incorporate of our own pieces. Then came the Mood Boards, where we could see what ideas and photos of each room that was created. We were able to say yes or no, and be very involved albeit remote. Her timelines and communication and guidance were just what we needed!!!! Absolutely would recommend!
