Jonathan was supposed to do a bathroom remodel for me. He did not complete the job as discussed and would not return our calls about it. Instead, he sent another person who did not know what he was doing to attempt to complete the work. They came three separate times to fix a leak under the bathroom sink he installed and never fixed it. I had to hire another company to complete the work correctly. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of work and lack of professionalism

Amazing!!! Went above and beyond. I promise you want be disappointed
Desper Installation was prompt, professional, responsive, honest, and committed to the quality my project throughout the entire process. After initial contact, Jonathan setup a time and date to access the scope of my project to provide a detailed and itemized estimate before work began. Once we agreed, they handled every detail from there until the project was complete. I even added some changes from our initial meeting and estimate and they were able to accommodate with ease. Even with some slight delays in materials, they responded with a much appreciated sense of urgency in order to complete the task as quickly as possible. I will without a doubt hire them for my next project.
Excellent job. Communicates clearly and intelligently. Explained any questions regarding the work. Will definitely hire him for other projects.
Great service and professionalism! Will definitely use them again.
Desper team was on time and did the exact work I needed for a reasonable price.
This experience was one that exceeded my expectations for work in a "handy man" category. The individual earned my highest mark for handling the task that he agreed to complete. He earned an A+ and a solid future reference from me. I feel certain that I will use his service again. Great work!!! 🤗
Desperate Installation did a fabulous job installing my blinds. They were on time, professional, highly skilled, and demonstrated attention to details. I would highly recommend them for any of your home improvement projects where excellence is required. Zena Galloway
