Hello! I began my career in the Culinary industry by studying at Johnson and Wales University and attaining my Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management in Miami, Florida. I quickly became an emerging Talent through Winning the 2015 San Pellegrino’s Almost Famous Chef Competition. Over the last several years I have had the opportunity of working with chefs from a Michelin Stared Restaurant in Germany, Walt Disney World and opening my own cafe in Australia! Since moving back to the states: I love displaying my creativity and knowledge from my world travels from Asia and Europe. With over 12 years of industry; I bring knowledge of different cultures and foods into my cooking to create menu items that are both original and nostalgic all at the same time. Working with Destiny was an absolute pleasure!! I hired her to cook for me and my friends for my bachelorette party, and she exceeded all of my expectations. My friends and I loved her warm and personable style, and we were all blown away by her talent, experience, and absolutely AMAZING food! From the beginning, Destiny was quick to respond, incredibly detailed, and set up an initial phone call right away. Based on my brief description of what I was looking for (seafood and veggie forward dishes with some fusion-y flavors) she immediately described a menu that was EXACTLY what I wanted. Her pricing was very reasonable, and she gave me options that stayed within the budget I had given her. From the moment she arrived at the VRBO, we were incredibly impressed. She literally brought everything with her - fresh fish from the harbor, plates, utensils, linen napkins, and everything else needed for the meal. It happened to be a very hot weekend and the house had no AC, but she somehow managed to barely even break a sweat! Each course had so much depth and delicious flavor, and we loved learning about all of the components of each dish and how she created each unique element of the plates. Everything was beautifully plated, and we loved the food so much that every single dish was wiped clean! The hamachi crudo with passionfruit vinaigrette was a particular highlight, but everything she made was phenomenal. We also thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Destiny throughout the evening. She shared stories about her background and culinary experience, as well as the influences behind her favorite styles of cooking, which made the whole experience feel even more special and personal. When she was finished, the kitchen looked immaculate, as if no one had been there at all! Every aspect of hiring Destiny as a private chef was wonderful. She was truly one of the highlights of my bachelorette weekend, and I could not have asked for a better chef, a better meal, or a better experience to celebrate with. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an incredible private chef!
Loved working with Chef Destiny, who prepared a wonderful dinner for my bridesmaids and me! The whole experience and process was so seamless. My bridesmaids all said it was their favorite meal of the bachelorette weekend.
If I could give Chef Destiny more stars, I would! I was stressed finding a private chef for a bachelorette party as we’re from out of town, but on top of being the sweetest person ever, she was so responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with! She offered both family style and plated options, and works with you closely on the type of food you’re looking for. She also takes care of all dishware AND clean-up so we did not have to worry at all. The food was 1000/10 - honestly better than $200+ meals I’ve had at restaurants. I still have dreams about her chimichurri sauce and pandan panna cotta.

Backstory: We recently hosted a 40th birthday celebration and were so fortunate to have Destiny as our private chef for an intimate dinner of 16 close friends. I interviewed six different chefs, and Destiny stood out right away on our initial phone call. She asked thoughtful questions about our event, provided multiple menu options, and was timely with all correspondence. I felt confident that the dinner would be great, but what Destiny curated was next level delicious!! Our entire group was blown away with what she created (not said lightly from a few foodies in the group + myself whose parents are both professional chefs). She put together a beautiful family style spread, had everything ready on time, and left our kitchen spotless. Having her cater our event was a highlight of the weekend. BIG THANK YOU to Destiny and her supportive dad (who came to be her assistant). Like I said, BOOK HER. You’ll be so glad you did!
We worked with Destiny for a private dinner, specializing in vegan cuisine. Designing the menu was fun, as Destiny worked with me to come up with the perfect menu! All of her dishes were excellent! The guest were so happy (and full) and e dry dish had so much flavor, depth, and was presented beautifully. Very high end cooking! Destiny was kind, professional and brought all her supplies and left the kitchen spotless! I would give Destiny 10’stars if I could! Definitely book her for your next event! My company hired Destiny for an offsite work retreat where she gave us a class on creating appetizers with our own product (smoked seafood). Going into the event, we had very specific ideas about what we wanted to get out of the class, and Destiny delivered above and beyond on all of them. She was incredibly easy to communicate and plan with before the event, and our team had a great time during the class- it was definitely a highlight of the retreat and we all walked away with more skills and knowledge in preparing our products!
I contacted Destiny for a fundraising project for my church Youth collaborative. She was very prompt in replying and informing me of any delays in communication ahead of time when possible. She was kind enough to work with our budget. Very friendly and accomodating. I will be recommending her to others.

Destiny was a delight to work with from beginning to end. She responded immediately and was able to line up a call and event date with her same day. Food was delicious. Served banquet style with beautiful presentation. She was flexible with the timing of the evening as different guests arrived. And when everything was said and done, she left my kitchen cleaner than it was when she arrived. I know that’s not a part of the service, but it’s definitely a bonus. The girls and I loved her! Will be using her again or future events.

This was a really, really special experience! Destiny curated a completely personalized menu for our group (we were a bachelorette party). I chatted with her on the phone in advance to discuss the bride's favorite foods, and Destiny made sure to include them in every aspect of the meal. The food was inventive, delicious, plated beautifully, and felt so elevated. She was incredibly professional, her timing was impeccable, and her knowledge and years of experience showed through throughout the meal. Could not recommend her enough. Everyone couldn't stop raving about the tuna crudo especially.
Destiny came to our Airbnb to teach our group of 6 a cooking class. It was fantastic. Destiny is very professional and knowledgeable and easily teaches to your level of experience.
