Strong structural contractor for major renovations, plans, and full finishes We hired Devco for a very large, complex renovation that included architectural plans, engineering, full permitting, and converting the home into two legal units. The project began in June 2024 and is now wrapping up punch‑list items. This was far more than a cosmetic remodel—it involved structural corrections, foundation work, seismic bolting, new systems, and coordinating with the City throughout the process. Devin and his team handled the heavy structural scope well. Underpinning, new foundation sections, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing, and major system upgrades were all completed as needed. Devco also managed the plans and permitting process smoothly, which was a major part of the project. In addition to the structural work, Devco completed all the interior and exterior painting, all new windows, both kitchens and bathrooms, finishes, appliances, and the installation of electric fireplaces. We worked together throughout the project to plan the finishes, and the team was flexible and collaborative as decisions evolved. As with most large renovations that span many months and involve significant structural work, some finish‑level items needed touch‑ups once the major work was complete. Devin has been responsive in addressing the items we’ve identified, and we appreciate the follow‑through. Overall, Devco is a strong choice for projects that involve structural work, foundation corrections, engineering coordination, and full‑scope renovations. We’re happy with the transformation of the property and grateful for the effort the team put into getting it across the finish line.

As a first-time business owner opening my first bakery, I want to express my sincere gratitude for making the process so seamless. Your team was incredibly hands-on, not only with the construction but also with project management. I particularly appreciated the precise timelines, daily and weekly updates, and your coordination with my corporate team. Additionally, your assistance with the loan approval process was invaluable. I cannot thank you enough for everything you accomplished within such a quick turnaround. I will highly recommend your services to others.
Devon was very straightforward and knowledgeable. He doesn’t cut corners and he gets the project done with his high quality standards. We hired him and his team to fix the cracks in our retaining wall and also install a drain. The contract was reasonable and everything was explained prior to the work and competed in the timely manner. I would highly recommend Devon and his team.
Devin has been really helpful in every perspective you can think of, from what document you need for your home insurance, demolishing, to completion… he is very responsive and very helpful..
My home was the one in the job photos. My house was destroyed by water damage from a previous contractor. Devco came in and did what was required to get my family back into our home and more. His crew was amazing. They were very punctual, very hard working and very clean. The were very attentive to our situation and needs. I hope I don't need to use them ever again but if I did, I would hire them in an instant. I have also recommended them to everyone I know who is looking to get work done, from bathroom remodels to whole home rehabilitation
Met with Devin about 3 weeks ago and we discussed everything I want done. He indicated he would get back to me within a week... Still waiting to hear back. I like Devin, seems like a qualified person and is very personable to deal with. I am excited to start one if not all my projects but like most, no, ALL handymen to contractors I have encountered in Marin, I either don't hear back or the prices are OUTRAGEOUS!!! So, I will bide my time and wait for an answer... I really look forward to working with Devin, if/when he gets back to me. In the mean time I'm looking for another source to get the job done...
Cannot say enough good things about Devin and his team! Their work was amazing and they went above and beyond with everything. The communication throughout the project was so easy and the finished product was beautiful. I have already reached out to Devin about our next project!
Devin did an amazing job repairing and replacing part of our backyard fence. He was very responsive and easy to get in touch with, and got the job done quickly and professionally. The new fence is sturdy and looks wonderful! We will definitely hire him again.
My wife and I recently remodeled our bathroom and ended up having a leak in a wall. We just had a child and didn’t have the time to tackle the fix. In came Devin to the rescue. He was prompt, offered up solutions that not only worked but saved time but money as well, and most importantly did a great job. Highly recommend him for any project big or small. His attention to detail and overall attitude made him a pleasure to work with. Thanks Devin. 👍🏼
Devin squeezed me in quickly for my small job and provided some great ideas for our painting project.
