Devon was so sweet and felt like a friend immediately. She took ownership of the offsite class just as if she was at her own studio. I appreciated her welcoming spirit and was very happy with the level and quality of the yoga. She totally had a flow to the class and nothing felt repetitive. I will definitely bring her out to the apartment again!

Feeling overly worked, stressed or tired? Let the workout come to you! I teach many different styles of fitness including vinyasa yoga, yin & restorative, yoga with weights, and TRX & HIIT training. I have all of the equipment and can make exercise fun! Get a group together and we can do circuit training with a yoga intro and cool down. So many options! I love working with new and seasoned fitness practitioners and can tailor a class to suit your needs. The effects of yoga & exercise are life-changing but the process can also be fun. Devon was amazing! Our yoga by the pool was the perfect addition to our bachelorette trip. She did fun partner poses, a Playlist with thr brides fav songs and was such great energy. We all want to do more yoga now. Highly recommend!
