I was very pleased that I was able to get a tech out to resolve my problem the same day I called. The tech was very communicative with regard to timing and was very knowledgeable and personable while conducting his work.
Confirmed 5 days in advance for a tech to set up my Ring doorbell. I did have to change appointment from 10am to 1:00pm which company confirmed. At 11:00am on day of install and after I took off work to meet the technician I got a call from this company CANCELLING. Their next opening is next week. Despite me having to take off work on date of original appt, I will now have to take off again next week. Oh… and they would not give any discount for not showing up. Will wait and see if they show up next time!
The network install went well. They stayed until it was finished and returned to handle a couple of loose ends.
I needed to unstick my AOL mail & he couldn’t do that — paid to find out that what I already knew — that it was not my computer. It’s fine — it motivated me to switch to Gmail!
Our tech was professional, friendly, and super helpful in walking us through the set up process after installing our new Ring Doorbell Camera and Ring Perimeter Security Camera w/ floodlight. She was quick and very knowledgeable. I would definitely hire this company again

The tech who came out didn’t have the right equipment. So they had to come back another day. They didn’t use all the simplisafe equipment so now there are functions on the simplisafe app that I can’t see because all the equipment wasn’t used. They also didn’t install the cameras high enough and i had to have them redo it 3 times.
Awesome service and Caleb was amazing and super helpful.
