Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Cesar. I hired him to address a plumbing-related issue. Without asking for or receiving my permission, he cut a significant opening into the wall. I then had a licensed plumber come out, who told me that cutting into the wall was completely unnecessary and was able to fix the leak without doing anything similar. I contacted Cesar afterward and asked him to return and repair the wall he damaged at no charge. I called and texted multiple times and gave him the opportunity to make the situation right, but he never responded. Mistakes can happen, but cutting into a customer’s property without authorization and then ignoring repeated attempts to resolve the resulting damage is unacceptable. I’m now left having to repair the wall myself!
