We had an old safe that could not be opened with the code. Diamond Locksmith tried measures first that would not leave the safe unusable, and when those did not work, he had to remove the entire door. It was a small safe, but it was very heavy. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very accommodating as far as placing the safe in another area to work on it and then afterwards taking it out into the garage, from where we will have it picked up. He was very courteous and very reasonably priced. I had called around and checked with multiple companies, and they charged three times as much. With Diamond, I sent him the photo, and he gave me the quote over the phone and then charged me exactly that amount when he was here. Honest, reliable, professional, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Diamond Locksmith.
We hired them to open our vehicle after the battery died on us. (Used car, no manual key.) Immediate response, and an ETA in <60 minutes. When the tech saw that our battery was dead in addition to the lockout we hired them for, he agreed to jump it as well and even took it for a drive post-jump since we had our hands full with work and the kids. The cost was very reasonable as well. Thanks!
Excellent service from this locksmith! Very professional, responsive, and got the job done quickly. They unlocked and rekeyed my home with no issues at all and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Great communication, fair pricing, and quality work. Highly recommend to anyone needing locksmith services!
