Refuse to give a quote without coming out in person. Very simple job, offered videos and pictures and a rough estimate for even a range of prices. Refused.

Amazing work from Adrian. Impressed by his honesty and professionalism
Fast, good communication, and honest. Hard to find these days!
They took forever to come and then tried to reschedule on me. Gave me a estimate of over $300 for a tiny fix. NO TY
I had been dealing with a leaking sink and Diamond Plumbing, associate Arian came and assessed what was wrong and explained what the fix would be clear and concisely. The job from start to finish was pretty straightforward and done perfectly. But what I appreciated the most was that Arian throughout the whole process was joy to have in my home. Thanks again Diamond Plumbing!!!
They told me they'd mark my request as urgent and have someone out here to take a look but nobody ever contacted me after they said that...
Very responsive! System is very tech friendly a
Gabriel was very nice and punctual. He told me everything that needed to be done and was able to work with my budget. He left everything neat and clean. I would recommend diamond plumbing to friends and family. Thank you!
They were great. Professional. Knowledgeable. Tony and the team were awesome. There was an unexpected find and he immediately called for backup to assess the situation and get it fixed. They finished all the repairs at 9pm without rushing. Making sure that the job was done correctly. Great company and awesome guys!!! Thank you.
It was good quality but a bit pricey. I know plumbing work is quite pricey though so I’m assuming it comes with the territory
They were a bit pricy but very very professional.
I had to request to release this company from the contract at hand. I provided a deposit as required which was never returned, the young man claimed that would be the fee for sending the 2 guys to my home to make a hole where it wasn't necessary as I specifically told the young man the pipe and drain were located on the right side of wall not back wall as thats all cinder blocks, he chose to ignore me till he hit the concrete blocks, than proceeded to cut into the wall i originally stated. All that just to confirm the building drainage and water line was large enough to install a washer at a later time. Which building engineer was present to confirm it was. #1 I agreed on the contract, given that what they removed or replaced would be disposed of by them. Given the quote provided, plus that's normally their responsibility. I was told, no, they wouldn't take anything, as he has no room in their van. They would leave all disconnected items in my unit. That was never stated in my contract of which he claims only indicates what's in scope of their work. The contract states removal of the shower pan and debris removal, of which I didn't have; I had a tub. In my opinion, that's basically the same. Yet, the toilet and pedestal sink would also be left behind for me to figure out. They normally don't state what they're not providing. Yet, the quote did indicate what supplies they'd provide for a new shower pan install, no tiling, no demo of old tile, and the customer supplies a new sink cabinet, shower head, valve, and toilet for install. In my opinion, if you're charging several thousand and I'm providing the majority of supplies, it's expected for the removal of old items. I had a copper pipe that needed to be cut and routed inside the wall in the half bath, I was charged an additional couple of hundred for that. Apparently, the 10% deposit provided in the beginning, which was a few hundred $$ only covered the 2 individuals who created 2 holes in my wall, no patching back up afterwards, just placed a piece of paper to cover the hole! That's what they pocketed almost $500 deposit for, rather than a refund for lack of clarity in the original quote! It was when I was told that if I wanted to have them take all items removed, they would get someone with a truck and charge an additional $550. Which I know for a fact is not a feasible fee for the removal of their garbage. I've worked with many subcontractors, and none would assume I'd handle taking their garbage. I received another quote from another licensed and insured plumber, who quoted me significantly less for the job. He was honest and upfront, mentioning the tub he didn't have room for in his work van, other items he could. With that being said he provided an address discount, given Id have my other workers remove it from my unit. He was upfront, reasonable, and provided a discount for me to find another alternative to remove waste. That's a business I can work with. This company took several hundred dollars from me for mediocre work provided. Cutting 2 holes in my closet wall to flash a light inside and confirm it was feasible to install a washer in the future, and sealing with a piece of paper did not warrant keeping my entire deposit. The $230 for cutting and rerouting the water line pipe was fair, but in all honesty, that should've been discounted from the already held deposit. Instead, I was tagged with an additional fee for it. I was left feeling taken advantage of. He labels it as a miscommunication and feels I was given a favor by releasing the contract at my request. It wasn't a favor that cost me hundreds. As stated, the cutting of the copper pipe, of which I failed to mention, I also provided the materials to do so, should've been discounted from the deposit provided. Instead, I paid $230 + $435 (deposit not refunded) for holes made in my closet area and patched with paper and painters' tape. I was disappointed to say the least.
responsive to calls, work done on time
Came out same day to handle leaking faucet. Replaced (see image) handled everything quickly and professionally — really appreciate the fast turnaround!
Diamond is a diamond in the rough! Very professional and super responsive. A pleasure to deal with so thank you.
I could not be happier. These guys are great! I contacted 3 different companies. There was no comparison. Diamond was, by far, the best in every category. Extremely helpful from the very first contact - on a Sunday night! These guys really know their stuff. Checked things and asked me questions none of the others did. Came out the very next day completely prepared to do the job. They worked like a well oiled machine. I was very impressed. And they protected my floors and appliances, and completely cleaned up after themselves and took my old water heater away. And, BONUS, their quote - which I was able to get within minutes of their inspection - was significantly lower than the other 2 bids. I am beyond happy.
Very satisfied with this company they are very professional
The plumber took his time to show me exactly what the problem was. He then explained my options before starting the work. Each step of the way, he explained what he was doing and allowed me to see for myself. I sincerely appreciate this because he spoke to me clearly and confirmed that he would do his best to fix the problem. To me it was a big scary job, but he handled it like a pro. He also confirm the warranty for the work that was completed today. I would definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend.
I recently had an exceptional experience with JCN Plumbing, particularly with Kenney, the main technician assigned to my project. I needed to replace my tank electric water heater with a tankless system and also required some electrical wiring changes to accommodate the new setup. Kenney handled the entire process with professionalism, expertise, and efficiency. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, Kenney demonstrated extensive knowledge and skill in plumbing and electrical work. He provided valuable insights and recommendations, ensuring that the installation was done correctly and up to code. Moreover, he was punctual, respectful, and maintained clear communication throughout the entire process, which made the experience hassle-free and enjoyable. The quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations, and I am thoroughly impressed with the results. Not only is the new tankless water heater functioning flawlessly, but the electrical wiring changes were executed seamlessly. I appreciate Kenney’s attention to detail and dedication to delivering top-notch service. Overall, I highly recommend JCN Plumbing for any plumbing needs, especially if you’re fortunate enough to have Kenney on the job. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I am delighted with the outcome of my project and would not hesitate to enlist their services again in the future. Five stars all around!
This company is very bad at give an estimate You ask them to fix a simple drain. They want to give you a bundle for the whole house including water heater for thousands of dollars. Once you call them to fix something They are more interested to give you options and payment plan for thousand of dollars Really? Payment plan to fix a leak Be careful going with them.
