Very rude when trying to setup an estimate appointment. The Thumbtack app is designed to protect your privacy and the company was unwilling to come to my house unless I provide them with my phone number. The app allows them to communicate with you without sharing your phone number. This company clearly doesn’t understand the terms they agreed to with Thumbtack.

Reviews
Josh was great to work with and had excellent suggestions to steer our design. The work crew was top notch and completed our project in just two days. We are very pleased with our landing and stairs!
Can’t say enough good things about DiffanDud services. He rescued me when another thumbtack contractor scammed me out of my $8000 deposit. He designed a much nicer screened porch than I envisioned, using quality materials on everything. His workers were friendly, skilled and hard working. I am extremely happy with my new outdoor space.
Planned to meet up. Told him to text me on cell prior to coming. He shows up/told him im 2 minutes away. As i get to my driveway, even the initial conv with him, he was was extremely arrogant and attitude sucked thus i simply told him to leave. Lesson in manner/being cordial goes a long way.
Although we didn’t have an opportunity to work with Josh and his team, he responded immediately and came and gave us a quote the very next day. Josh is a true professional who values honesty and transparency and we will absolutely call him for future projects!
Great experience. Everything was explained and all questions were answered. Very professional and knowledgeable
Josh came out to give me a quote for a new deck. He let me know when he was going to be here and was right on time. He asked good questions, and worked with me to put together an estimate in about fifteen minutes after our discussion. Very helpful.
Josh is a true professional with an extraordinary commitment to quality work, creative eye to design solutions, and solid communication from beginning to end of project. We are so pleased with how seamless our screened in porch blends in with the design of our home - it looks like it is part of original design. We would absolutely work with Josh again for future projects and his crew did an amazing job performing the work and cleaning up.
They clearly following contractor guidelines instead of shortcuts and do the job right which is something rare it seems! Learned a lot during estimate process which was very transparent and can tell they are a top team to work with!
Josh and his team did a great job building my new deck. Josh worked with me on a price that fit my budget and ensured that the permit process went smoothly. I would highly recommend Diffandud Services!
