Technician was very knowledgeable and honest about what would be needed to repair our printer. He also offered possible alternatives.
The worker was very thorough in explaining the work he was about to do and his shared his evaluation afterwards. Kind, friendly, professional service. It took a few days for Digiprint to respond, so we were playing tag, going back and forth with messages before an appointment was scheduled. I was expecting same day response and an appointment within 24 hours.
