I had a small job (4 VHS tapes) that needed a quick turnaround. Chip was very accommodating and completed it within my time constraints. Very nice and professional work. I also appreciated his recommendations on how to store and share the digital files with the rest of my family.

Reviews
Best experience! Easy and prompt communication through the entire process. Fast and excellent work! Thank you!
Chip Kalbach Photography is exceptional from the beginning to the end. I recovered a memory from 1994 and I am very thankful to him. I will work with him from here on out. I have a few more VSH TAPES to transfer over. Thanks again 🤗
I would like to rate Chip high on all items, including great professionalism too. He was very responsive to my time schedule and provided alternatives so that I could get my videos prior to my vacation. When I had problems with extracting files from a Zip file, we was johnny on the spot, with a suggestion that solved my problem. He's great! I'm sending another batch to him tomorow.
Excellent service Very professional, honest, and fast service.
Chip was amazing start to finish. He was available. He answered all my questions and explain things I did not even think about. With his suggestion using FedEx, he was able to track my “memories” and he let me know when they arrived. He was efficient and quick and the return time was faster than I expected. Hands-down will 1000% recommend him.
