They reached out almost Immediately and had a tech out to my pool with in a few days. Kyle even came to my house to show me how my valve set up is supposed to work. Overall great experience with them. Very straight forward and if they are not sure about something, they will tell you and then find out and let you know. I’m leaving this review after an initial meeting and one week of pool service with Kyle at my new home and rental property. I am impressed so far! When we met with him to go over our pool, he made us feel like our pool would be in good hands. He is honest and did not make us feel like he would find little things wrong with our pool to make extra money! Instead of encouraging me to let him drain the pool in the summer, he was honest and told us he could maintain it without draining. He sends a picture of the pool each week with what was done at the pool (as shown in my attached picture). I discussed with Kyle that I added the pool Coverage to our home warranty in case anything happens to our pool and there was a $69 fee for pool things that break down and he reassured me that his prices were better. I liked hearing this! Thank you Kyle!

Kyle was awesome! He made quick effective work of my pool. I had algae and he knew exactly how to get rid of it. My pool has never looked so good. The water is crystal clear and not a single sign of algae anywhere. Kyle went above and beyond by getting the drain plug on my filter removed. It had been stuck for 2 1/2 years. I have retained Kyle’s monthly services and feel like it is more than worth it.
