Would not recommend. I hired him to install 8 interior doors and 2 exterior doors. During the job, he chipped one door and damaged a brand-new door while drilling for the handle, tearing material off the face of the door. The damage was painted over but remains clearly visible. When I raised concerns, I was told I “got more than I paid for” because additional work was performed that was never part of the original scope. I never asked for those changes. What I expected was for the agreed-upon work to be completed without damaging my doors. He initially agreed to fix the damage but is now asking for additional money before doing so. I’ve attached photos of the damage and screenshots of the conversation so others can make their own decision. Based on my experience, I would not hire this contractor again.

This person is very unprofessional. He left couple of nails poping out. He is not taking my call. you can see the attached photo. Make sure your job is completed 100% before paying this contractor.
Dillon was great and his team was awesome! They were extremely professional and completed the job in a timely manner! Great work all around and I highly recommend!
We hired this professional to install 300' of crown molding. They completed this work in two days, which we felt was excellent productivity. We added two wainscotting projects. Then door replacements; and casings. We finally replaced the Master shower, due to defects in the initial contractor installation. The contractor cleaned up at the end of each day. They were pleasant and courteous.
Dillon and his team did exactly what I asked. They did quality work and were prompt.
Timely, good solution to my repair issue. I did pay a premium due to the market rates to get a contractor to come out for my relatively small job
I started a project to see what my options were to build accessible access to the house for my dad’s wheelchair and Dillon responded to discuss the options. Unfortunately, I no longer needed the service as my dad passed away. But even if he hadn’t, Dillon’s response was completely unprofessional and I’m glad I did not give him any of my money. You will always have the choice of proceeding with someone who responds to your project inquiry or not on Thumbtack - it is not the customer’s cost and I hope everyone considering Dillon reads this and chooses someone better, who isn’t as rude and unprofessional.
Hired to expand exterior deck staircase and couldn’t be happier. Will use again.
