Elaine arrived right on time with everything ready to go! She cooked and cleaned with efficiency and professionalism. We had a bachelorette party and the bride got to learn how to prepare a meal from her husbands polish roots which was an added bonus. The food was excellent and she even brought little extra treats for us! I would highly recommend her and would book again!

Elaine cooked for our family reunion for 12 days. This was not an easy task because there are 45 of us. She did a spectacular job! She was so easy to work with - flexible, easy going and not bothered by the chaos of such a large group. Her food was absolutely delicious. She is an excellent cook. The daily menus had variety and interest for all family members and ages. I can highly recommend Elaine for any cooking assignment.
Elaine showed up on time, provided everything she said she would. She cooked an amazing dinner for my girlfriends 40th birthday. I do not have one bad thing to say about this experience. She was amazing, and the dinner was amazing from appetizer to dessert.
After my initial conversations with Elaine, I knew we were on the same page when I described a rustic summer meal based around locally sourced farm to table fare. It was the picture perfect night with our friends at the Squam Lake Cottage. Once Elaine arrived, my wife and I worried about nothing but having a great time with our closest friends. The steak, chicken and salmon sampler was cooked to perfection. The wine pairings were spot on and the special request Creme Broulie with fresh berries was raved about by my "foodie" guests. Be sure to get a cheese plate, Elaine's selections from local New Hampshire and Vermont farms. If you are looking for the perfect catered meal, Elaine is your Chef!
Elaine was great! I had hired her for a bachelorette party and all went perfect ..so much easier than worrying about making reservations and transportation ,....She came to the house fully equipped with all food needed. She prepared apps, salads, main course and dessert and served all 9 of us! ...I highly recommend her salsa it is to die for ..as well as her hummus ! Loved all the food she made...and she took care of every thing even the clean up ! Will absolutely be using her again in the future !
Elaine was amazing and her food was even better! She came prepared with everything she needed for dinner for 15. She prepared appetizers, dinner and even surprised us with a plate full of fudge for dessert! The food was outstanding, everyone kept raving about how good it was. Elaine was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would book her again!
