Melissa is wonderful! She cleaned fervently and made the areas look brand new! I will continue to use Dirt Terminators to help out with the house chores. Also, Jo, the manager or boss of Dirt Terminators, is kind and caring. Both Melissa and Jo have helped me tremendously, especially because I am disabled. Melissa can reach the high shelves! Dorothy

Reviews
Temeka J. Was our cleaner and she did a phenomenal job. At first we thought multiple people were needed for our house but she did it all at with exceptional quality all at a very good price.
I called in to schedule a clean. I was quoted for 4-6 hours for a 2200 sqft home. They sent ONE person. First she arrived 37 minutes late. She then left to go buy supplies (unprepared) and came back. She started cleaning and it took her over 8 hours because she kept taking breaks. I left my husband here while I go close on our new home. The lady called me later yesterday and was like she’s going to need 30-45 more minutes to finish the job I said fine even though we were already at the 7 hour mark. It’s took her over an hour to finish. She said she wasn’t going to charge me for all the breaks she took and got her leaving to go to the store. I agreed so she charge me for a little over 6 hours. I was fine with that. She sent me the invoice and I paid it with no hesitation. It’s now 2:19 am from me coming back from eastern North Carolina where I closed and I was able to take a look at what she did. She didn’t wipe all the baseboards, didn’t wipe all the window seals, didn’t touch any walls not ONE. Light switches not wiped down. Half cleaned the showers. Barely touch the tub. I’m extremely disappointed. I’m sure I will be majorly docked by my landlord. I would’ve been better off cleaning it myself if I had the time today. I couldn’t even upload all the photos because it capped what I can add. I gave 2 stars because the cleaner was very kind. BUT ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN!
Jo is a lovely human and cares about her clients.
