Geri was quick to respond to my request and was very punctual. Kept me up-to-date on his time of arrival and called afterwards to let me know everything that was going on with the plumbing issue that I was having. I would highly recommend him and keep his info for further work

Thank you for showing up for my elderly grandmother
Amazing work!! Quick service
If you’re looking for an old-school plumber who actually fixes the problem without the runaround, this is your guy. Discount Rooter brought back what plumbing service should be. He came prepared—with fixtures already purchased for both my laundry sink and outdoor garden taps. No waiting, no excuses. Just solid work from someone who clearly knows and lives the job. You can tell he takes pride in what he does—something rare these days. There were no unnecessary labor markups, no upselling nonsense. Just honest, efficient, experienced plumbing. He’s not your average plumbing company, and that’s exactly why I won’t be calling anyone else from now on.
Geri, did a fantastic job helping us with a mainline drain clog at one of our rental properties. He responded quickly and got out to the property with 1.5 hours of my inquiry. He communicated the estimate and process with me and got my approval before moving forward with anything. He sent photos and an invoice after and made sure I was happy with the repair! His price was the most affordable and I would recommend him to others in the future!
Charged double original estimate. Only needed rubber gasket to tank bolt replaced. performed extra work without permission and charged for it. Could have purchased a really good new toilet for what i was billed.
Excellence is the key. Thank you very much for correcting our problem.
