Andrei is a good communicator, was on time for the service appointment and did his work thoroughly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the result.
Andrei properly assessed the issue and saved us from having to invest in a new dishwasher. He repaired the unit, was quick, clean and did not damage anything in the work area. I would hire him again and recommend him to others!
Prior to the scheduled same day visit I communicated with Andrei about the issue I was having with my Bosch dishwasher. Andrei came well prepared with the necessary part that needed to be replaced, turning a diagnostic visit into an actual repair, saving significant time. From prior experience, I found this to be quite rare and the key determining factor in highly recommending Andrei for household appliance repair.
Andrei fixed my dishwasher quickly and competently, showing me the issue and making sure it worked perfectly before he left. He’s also very nice and professional. I will definitely use his again and recommend him highly.
I had a bit of a disaster involving some expanding foam and my dishwasher, that led to the door hinge sticking and eventually breaking. Andrew was quick to respond, assessed the problem from just one picture, and was on site in less than 24 hours. He reassured me it was fixable, then immediately got to work, and had it fixed and tested in 25 minutes. His rate was beyond reasonable -- both in general, and for how high the quality of his work is. I will not hesitate to reach out if I ever have any appliance issues.
Andrei is very knowledgeable about appliances. He repaired my dishwasher and arrived ahead of schedule in order to get the job done. I sent him a message at midnight on Friday night thinking that I would hear from him sometime in the future but he actually responded right after. He is very effective at his job and I was impressed by his thorough knowledge. It was as if I was speaking to an engineer -- he probably is, because of the depth of his knowledge and his willingness to explain issues in a step by step manner.
Andrew was amazing to work with from start to finish. He was responsive and thorough. I had to coordinate with another person on thumbtack, and I really appreciated his flexibility, patience, and willingness to work with multiple schedules. I will definitely hire him again if I have trouble with any appliances.
Andrei responded within minutes of my request on Thumbtack and was very flexible and reliable on scheduling. Based on my description of the problem, he was able and willing to bring the parts with him and fix my Bosch dishwasher in one shot without wasting my time and charging for a “consultation”. His price was very reasonable and he stuck to it. I was concerned about going with someone with less of a track record and following than the “big guys”, but I am glad I did.
Andrei was very professional and fixed my dishwasher quickly and with care. If you ever need someone to fix your dishwasher, Andrei is your guy!
Andy was very professional and fixed our issues. He was very friendly and attitude and professionalism was quite good as compared to most of the contractors we hired in the past.
Amazing job
Do yourself a favor and grab him while you can. This is an extremely professional, punctual , and talented individual who repaired and replaced my dishwasher that needed custom fittings. I can’t say enough about the quality and punctuality of his work and he responded within hours and showed up to my door within 12 hours of my original contact
