DJ Dan was terrific. Super communicative in the planning process, flexible and easy to work with. Came prepared with tons of equipment at an affordable price and was very open to any requests from guests at the party. Would definitely hire again!

Not your ordinary Top 40 DJ, DONUTS skates the line between pop and underground to create fresh sounding sets just about everyone can enjoy. Beats, Rock, Dancehall, EDM, Hip-Hop, Indie, Latin/Afro, DISCO, House, Soul/R&B, anything funky – what the room needs, DONUTS supplies it. He bought his first pair of turntables in 2008 by delivering pizzas in Burlington, VT and listening to Donna Summer on repeat. Now in Boston since 2012, you can find him spinning all vinyl sets in bars/clubs around town or private events/pop-ups throughout New England.

Dan was GREAT! He made sure we were on the same page before the wedding, had all the equipment and know-how we needed, and made a perfect dance party using songs we love and songs he thought we would enjoy (he was right). He was great to work with, and on the day-of we had such peace of mind that he know what he was doing. We would hire him again in a second!
Dan killed it. He took all our requests without hesitation and delivered one jam after another. Would hire 10 out of 10 times. Best dj out there.

Dan was friendly, reasonably priced, and most of the music was well received. However, he came to the event underprepared, without a microphone system to make announcements, and played inappropriate music for a family friendly event.

Dan DJed our wedding and was absolutely wonderful. Sent us an editable playlist so we could add our own songs. We asked him to do a lot with MCing and had special requests on how to play our first dance and father daughter song. The day went chaotic and he was the the only stable vendor there!! I highly recommend him if you want one less stressful thing to worry about for your wedding.

Very pleasant and accommodating. He helped make it a great party. People who hadn't danced in a long time got up and danced. Music quality was good as were the disco lights and lasers. I would use him again and highly recommend him.
