DJ Residential did a wonderful job replacing my deck. I appreciate his detailed information/pics to helping me to make my final decision. They were there everyday and the detailed work they put into the job, shows. The finished deck is very nice and I would recommend them. Thank you DJ Residential. Ms Brown

Reviews
I hired DJ Residential to replace a deck, repair a front porch and fence. David set expectations well by giving me a time frame AND meeting it, starting right about the time I was expecting. The job was well done. They arrived on time M-F, were very clean organized and kept me apprised of next steps.
Our old deck was ripped down and a new one was rebuilt. We are so pleased with our new deck. Site was cleaned each day and were very professional. Highly recommend!
Our experience with DJ Residential was great. David really took the time to listen to my concerns, especially with the porch steps. The steps were redesigned to be wider and safer. Robert is a master carpenter and the whole porch, side landing and steps were completed in just one week! Very satisfied with their work, and have already made plans to use this company again. It will look even better when we can stain and paint! Thanks again!
David kept me informed on the status. Let me know when they would start after weather delayed things for few days. Bob did the deck for me, very nice and professional. Everything looks amazing. Very pleased with outcome!
David rebuilt a set of stairs to my back porch and rescreened/reframed the porch. His company did quality work, efficiently and for a good price! I will use them again in the future if I have other projects.
David Jones and his crew built a beautiful deck for me this summer. As I watched the deck build from the footings through the finishes, I could tell that they took pride in a job well done. I will be looking to David to complete other projects at my home.
David did a great job painting wall to wall. 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom and kitchen and all the trim. He always kept me updated on his progress and provided me with some great options. Also did a great job with the painting of exterior of the house as well. This lead me to have him do additional work on my house.
Started out ok but lack of follow up and follow through, along with no call back is unacceptable. I hope you are in good health Mr. David. Poor workmanship!
David and his team were fast, accommodating, and did an excellent job! Would use again in a heart beat.
