He did amazing work fixing our deck that was falling apart. When he knew he'd arrive late due to getting supplies he always sent a text message explaining why, which is important to me. I highly recommend DK. Next he'll rebuild our fence.

Dia added on to a pre-existing fence and constructed a second gate to expand our yard. The gate, the added fence, two new posts to replace old twisted ones, were carefully constructed to match the old, perfectly! He guided us to the correct colored stain/ sealant and the new and old fencing now matches perfectly. It's looking absolutely wonderful. Thank you Dia.
Great experience working with Dia. He was very good about explaining the work and our options for the best result. On time, efficient use of time and a quality result. I have already scheduled my next project with DK Contracting👍🏻
He showed up the same day. He gave me 3 options with no pressure to do any of them. I'm happy he responded. I would hire him again
Dia was a constant professional. Quoted me exactly what work was needed and completed on time and budget. Will definitely will hire for any future work
I had some water damage at my place and needed sections of drywall and flooring replaced. Dia was able to finish the project on time and as discussed. I would definitely hire him again for future projects.
It was great experience working with Dia. Very quality work. I will hire him in the future if needed and WILL recommend him to others
Dia was great to work with! Shiwed up on time and communicated well! Excellent job on staining our fence!
I'm not exactly sure how this pro has received 5 star reviews unless from himself or friends. This deck project has been a nightmare. He didn't consult with me at any point during our project and installed a color that was cheap and not close to what we discussed. After getting a new product, he installed the rails and decking on existing framing (which we discussed) but installed over dry rotted framing (our contract included repairing any dry rot he found), not completely fastening the boards, installing over 24" boards (which is out of specification) and then slapped new railing up in a very haphazard manner. After he said he was complete with the job, I was astonished to see what he called complete. When he found out I was having other contractors out to assess the deck for code compliance, he came out and removed all of the railing. So now we are unable to use our front door at all. So for the "completed" decking boards (which are not code-compliant and out of Trex specifications), he is charging me over $4k. I wish there were a zero-star option. You should steer clear!
Dia just finished upgrading my deck with TREX and refinishing and staining the rest… excellent work! highly recommended!
