I was impressed with Jose‘s communication and promptness. He and his assistant built my shed kit in a day and his price was on par or slightly better than others. They did a great job. There were some parts leftover that probably shouldn’t have been but that’s easy to figure out on my own.

Jose at DLP Holmes did an excellent job re-caulking my shower. He was friendly, punctual, professional, and worked efficiently while paying attention to detail. The quality of his work was great, and his pricing offered good value. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable home repair services.
Jose did an excellent job installing blinds in my home. He was punctual and the finished result was excellent. His price was very fair. I plan on hiring him again for future projects.
He did a great job installing a dog door for me. He was really fast and efficient at getting it done.
Jose did a great job, he knew what he needed to take care of fixing our problem. We will recommend him to our neighbors, and for future work in our home.
Excellent experience. Very knowledge and friendly. Completed work in a timely manner and the quality was second to none. I will definitely be contacting him in the future. I highly recommend this company.
Nice guy - not a good communicator! He showed up early and had suited me a price of $70 to cap the gas line to my fireplace! This took less than 10 minutes and he STILL CHARGED ME $70. I’m sorry I know that was the quote but common … as a human being , one to another - I think that’s horrific and I’m super irritated! I do feel taken advantage of and he walked out the door with a huge grin on his face!!! I’m glad to have it done by I feel like I got ripped off! So no, I would NOT CALL HIM AGAIN!
Jose did a great job replacing our over the range microwave and everything was clean afterwards. The work was done very well. He then asked if we needed anything else done, and ended up fixing the doors on our outdoor shed. His rates were very reasonable.
Mailbox install. Fantastic service!
We had a great experience with DLP Homes. He responded very quickly and came out that same day to give me an estimate on fixing some barn doors that were installed wrong. His pricing was very reasonable compared to others. I appreciated him getting the job done quickly and leaving the space clean and tidy. Would highly recommend!
I was provided a quick quote; very responsive, answered and verified several questions. Arrived exactly on time. We went over the job and they went to work. There were multiple variables that arose during the job, and he offered recommendations and solutions. We are very happy with the quality and craftsmanship of the work. We had various challenges that he was able to work through. Part of the job included two floating shelves- he installed them as we requested but we wanted one repositioned, and he gladly did it. We added a couple extra requests that we did not have in the original request and he accommodated us. I highly recommend DLP for cabinet installation and other needs. I wish all tradesmen were this professional and thorough. We will use him again for future projects we may have. **note, the countertops are being installed by the stone company- DLP did everything we required plus more.
Jose is awesome! He installed new cabinets in my kitchen and did an incredible job. He also rearranged some electrical and plumbing for these cabinets. His work is excellent; he’s extremely professional and easy to work with. He also did the project faster than any other pro I talked to. I’ll definitely hire him for other handyman jobs in the future!
Jose De La Plaza is an amazing specialist. He came early and was punctual. He has years of experience in all trades. He’s also a very kind person. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to do the Job correctly. I will so hire him again. He can do any job big or small.
DLP has been excellent to work with. His attention to detail is second to none. I am really glad someone referred me to Thumbtack, allowing me to search and find good help. Dlp is someone I would recommend again and again to people who need an excellent handyman. His knowledge is superb. He is experienced in all aspects of construction, from homebuilding to every repair in between. Thank you DLP for your for being genuine, kind, honest, trustworthy, and fair in price for such quality work. I would like an estimate for my next project.
