The tech arrived on time. I showed him the issue where a previous owner hard-wired a landscape transformer. (The transformer was not functional.) We worked together to locate the breaker for the circuit. This actually helped us out quite a bit since we are new to the house and the panel is not well marked. The panel is also on the opposite end of the house from the project, so working together, we were able to identify the breaker quickly. He installed the external GFCI outlet box in about 2 hours, but that also included time needed to go to the hardware store to get materials. Price for the project was fair and I am confident that it meets code.
