I wish I had more bathrooms for DMBuildNC to renovate. It was awesome working with Dmytriy from start to finish. Extremely responsive, very easy to work with, communicative, knowledgeable, flexible, professional, efficient, and comfortable to have in your home. I spent a long time procrastinating on the (original 1970s) renovations before hiring someone, and after working with DMBuildNC and finding it this pleasant, I wish I'd done it sooner. Dmytriy is awesome top to bottom, from his ease of entering into big projects all the way down to the details of thoughtfully orienting the tile patterns so the vein distribution looks balanced.

Dymitry was right on time , submitted a reasonable quote, and did very neat work….
We had a great experience working with Dmytriy. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the project, and the pricing felt fair and reasonable. Everything went according to plan. The finished tile work looks exactly how we had imagined it. He paid close attention to detail and delivered quality craftsmanship. He also kept the work area clean and organized, which we really appreciated. Overall, we’re very happy with the result and would gladly recommend Dmytriy to others looking for reliable, professional tile work.
I had a great experience working with Dmytriy and his team on my porch and balcony repair. From start to finish, he was reliable, communicative, and committed to doing the job right. The project was completed within the timeframe he estimated, and even when additional damage was discovered, he handled it professionally and kept me informed every step of the way. After the work was completed, I noticed a few small details that needed attention, and he came out the next day to take care of them without hesitation. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and stands behind it. What stood out most was his fairness and professionalism. On the rare occasion we saw something differently, he listened, clarified, and made sure we were on the same page. That kind of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is hard to find. I highly recommend Dmytriy for any home repair or renovation project. He’s hardworking, dependable, and genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his clients’ experience.

I cannot say enough about Dmytriy Yarashenko, owner of DM Build. His work was impeccable. He was polite, kept the work sight tidy and did everything he said he would. I highly recommend him. I was very nervous about hiring a contractor so I feel like I won the lottery!
Amazing work rescreening, cleaning and painting front and back porch. Dmytriy works nonstop and gets it done. I almost don’t want to post this so he does not get so busy we can’t get him when we want him!
