I cannot say enough to express the great work that Diego did. My floor was all sorts of out of whack and I had a material that I wanted to put down and he advised me that what I originally wanted was not gonna work out because of how uneven the floor was so he helped me by leveling out my floor a lot, and putting down some really beautiful tile and his attention to detail was immaculate. He stayed the whole day until I got done and was very kind and respectful to my family while he was here.

Thanks for the excellent service repairing our floors!
Did a great tile repair, quickly
Diego was awesome! Super responsive and helpful, great quality work & very professional. Highly recommend
I was just asking how much to install a transition piece. A job that should not take more than 30 minutes at the most. The pricing was out of my planned budget for this task. So I politely responded that I appreciate his response, but I don’t want to continue. Please see pictures below for conversation.. Though I am not Indian, I do not appreciate the way he responded whatsoever. We should be more respectful to one another!
Happy with the work performed by Diago
Great work. Diego was able to complete the job promptly and was very helpful
Diego was very professional and did an exceptional job on my kitchen backsplash.
Diego did an incredible job on our shower. We had a very difficult tile job with handmade 4-inch tiles that were not perfectly square. For the project, he also had to build a half wall and finish it on the outside. He is a hard worker and a lovely human being. We highly recommend!
Diego did a phenomenal job with our fireplace tile work! We wanted herringbone at 45 degrees which is no easy feat. So happy with his work. Don’t hesitate to have him help you out with your next project!
Diego was amazing. My husband and I notice the little details and it matters. Without us even saying anything, the grout lines are perfect all around the shower. From reaching out for a quote to finishing the job he was very responsive and respectful. He told us 8 days and finished in 7. The quality of his workmanship is amazing. We have already recommended him to others.
Diego did a fantastic job repairing the tile on a pizza oven
Diego was prompt and did an excellent job. He cleaned up during and after the job leaving everything looking excellent when he was finished.
Fireplace surround project turned out fantastic! Good price and fast response. We hired for a second project, tiling a bathroom.
Diego did a great job and was very prompt at getting me a quote (even coming out on the weekend to take a look at the job). He worked late many days to get the job finished by a certain target that I had. He did great work and had some good recommendations to make the end result look even better.
I contacted Diego under a major time crunch while preparing to list my home. I had discovered a shower leak caused by poor work from a previous owner and needed a professional fix immediately. Diego stepped in on short notice and was incredibly helpful; he even went to the store on a Sunday to text me tile options that fit my budget for the shower itself. The project was a massive undertaking, involving the removal of a heavy wrought-iron tub and coordination with certified plumbers. Diego took a high degree of ownership over the entire process. When a few floor tiles were accidentally damaged during the difficult tub removal, he didn’t hesitate to make it right—he used replacement tiles I had on hand to repair the floor, even though it wasn't part of the original scope. His communication was excellent, and he was very professional regarding the 'business' side of things, providing the specific invoices and lien waivers required by my title company. It is rare to find someone with this level of integrity and dedication to quality. I cannot recommend him enough!
We could not be more satisfied! The previous contractor did a shoddy job and our shower tiles were falling off the walls, creating an unsafe situation. We reached out to Diego on Thumbtack and, less than 1 week later, our once modest master bath now looks like something out of a magazine! And all for an extremely reasonable price. Diego is a talented and rresponsible craftsman and a kind person. You do not come across people like him every day. The experience very much exceeded our expectations and we will be hiring him again and again.
I just had an incredible experience with my tile installer and couldn’t be happier! He completed the work with precision and attention to detail. He was on time and the communication was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tile service and will definitely use for future projects. True five-star service!
Diego at D.M.S. did great work repairing the tile floor in my kitchen, and I am so excited to have a great floor now! I had a big spot of tiles that needed replacing. He was prompt, highly communicative with any uncertainty about the project, and was efficient and kind (very thorough cleanup). I will be checking his availability the next time I need work done, and I highly recommend considering D.M.S. for your project.
Diego is the hardest working person you could hire to do your tile job. He is also ocd and had a very high attention to detail. I would use him again. Good man.
