The guy Mike promised us with free estimates and insisted on sending his people for a better assessment. After securing a schedule and cancelling our commitments, he flaked the last minute and insisted we get a $375 written proposal. Total waste of time and effort. Easy to answer calls but hard to communicate with. If this is the kind of business they will give you from the beginning, what more when you hire them to do an actual job? No integrity! Btw, we did not give us any estimate at all even though he promised (again!) to at least based it off the pictures we sent. Just disappointing and will never trust this company!

Reviews
We needed our existing, old front porch/deck demolished and replaced. We read all of DMV’s great reviews and we reached out, got our free estimate within a day or two of contacting Mike and we were happy with the fair pricing. The team did the demo and the build of the new deck, kept things clean, they were quick and thorough and the final product is beautiful. Mike was responsive and communicative throughout the project, from start to finish. We HIGHLY recommend DMV. Their work is top notch.
Mike was awesome! He reached out to me right away, answered all of my questions, and provided all the information I needed. His crew was professional, courteous, and paid great attention to detail. They executed my stairs exactly how I wanted them, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. I highly recommend Mike and his team! See before and after pics!!!!

Thank you to the team for an excellent remodeling experience!
I was very impressed with DMV & Sons from the first visit to quote out the job until the date of completion. Mike came out quickly to quote and did an excellent job of explaining the process, timeline, and ensuring I was happy with the project as it moved along. He was also very flexible with some changes I requested. The team was also excellent-very courteous, professional, and hardworking. I had a choice of three proposals and chose DMV based on their knowledge, professionalism, and trustworthiness. I sure am happy I did! Highly recommend.
Mike from DMV construction was very professional from start to finish. The quality of the work was excellent. Whenever we had questions or concerns Mike responded quickly and made the whole process as easy as could be expected. My wife was very happy with the finished bathroom and that is no small thing. Believe me. I will recommend Mike and DMV construction to my family and friends.
Boris was fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure my oven project was completed correctly and at the best possible value. His attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right really stood out. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, quality work!
Mike and Boris were very professional and responsive as I would utilize their services if a relevant need arises!
Working with DMV was a wonderful experience all around. When I reached out for an estimate, Mike came out the same day and provided expert advice and a very competitive estimate. They were able to work on my schedule and the entire team was incredibly professional kind and really great at what they do. We were out of town while the work was completed and I trusted the team completely because I got regular photo and text updates and they kept me in the loop every step of the way. They communicated unexpected challenges (don’t you always expect them with any home project?!) clearly and fully explained options to solve. The finished result is wonderful – they went above and beyond to ensure the finished product looks amazing. I had a really bad experience with our previous contractor and they were able to repair the damage that the previous guys had caused and restore my confidence in hiring people. Would absolutely recommend!
Mike and team did a bathroom remodeling and flooring for us, we are very satisfied and impressed with the quality of work done.
They were quick, responsive, & friendly! Would recommend.
Mike and his team were incredibly responsive, and they did great quality work at a reasonable price. I was managing this project remotely and his actions, proactive outreach, responsiveness and professionalism gave me full confidence. The tenant returned this week and is THRILLED with the work. I have additional projects I need done and will definitely be using DMV & Sons. I would recommend them hands down.

They did a fantastic job
DMV did a wonderful job remodeling my Guest bathroom. We put in a whirlpool tub, smart toilet, sensor faucet and it looks fantastic. He always showed up on time and his guys are all very curtious and went above and beyond. We are now having our Master Bath and expanding our walking in closet. Thank you Mike and Marcus.
Great communication throughout the entire process. The quality of the work was excellent. And most importantly, it was fairly priced. I will definitely be choosing DMV & Sons for my contractor needs. Thanks Mike
DMV and Sons did a great job with our bathroom remodel! They were very responsive in communicating with us and always on time. We would definitely use them again for future projects.
We are so glad we hired Mike and his team at DMV to remodel our bathroom. This was our first home remodel project and everyone was patient, helpful, professional, fair, and knowledgeable. We also were living out of state at the time and it was crucial to be able to communicate and Mike was excellent to work with. Very pleased with our decision and have recommended this team to friends and family already.
I recently employed DMV and Sons to assist with a leaking" living wall ". They provided a accurate and very reasonable quote for identifying and fixing the leak in addition to reparation of the wooden floors below and the wall that was damaged. They were thorough and punctual. Even after some initial concerns due to the repairs they came out additional times to make sure everything was perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a general contractor. Will certainly employ them for future work projects.
