We had a good experience with DMV renovations. We had a deck demolition and rebuild done. Work took longer than planned but mainly due to a week long of rain. There were only two working on our deck project most days. They were professional and friendly. Overall they were great and we love our deck!

Wonderful experience with DMV Renovation! I can’t recommend them enough! Our house was spotless and they were kind and courteous!
They promised me a date and time and then rescheduled and then cancelled 60 minutes before they were to arrive for the service. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Looks like their workers are not happy and hence don't show up for jobs and hence they reschedule and cancel last minute.
I contacted the company on 08-August and received an immediate response. Great! The receptionist scheduled a meeting for the next day at 09-August 11:00am. The technician hadn't arrived by 11:30am so texted (via Thumbtack) the company to see what was up. I texted again at noon and again the next day. I received no replies to any of my inquiries. It's as if the company just disappeared. Update: I received a reply from the company which informed me that the plumber was a subcontractor over whom it "did not have full control over his attendance". The company has suspended plumbing services until it can hire an employee.
I was quoted for 94 dollars, for standard, I then asked for the price of a deep clean they quoted me for 300 I said no I would rather keep the standard and then they quoted me for 150 Obviously there is some serious disconnect between the staff and owner. This was a complete waste of my time & the customer service from the cleaning ladies was extremely rude
Very responsive and friendly! Came quickly for an estimate and helped me problem solve as to what to do about my heating/cooling project.
Esteban came on a Monday. The estimate itself was about half that of a competitor's estimate. The project was completed by Friday on budget and on time. Talk about fast service. Dominique asked questions throughout the project as was required to avoid any mismatches between our expectations and the final product. The only bad news is that we could be done using thumbtack --- DMV can probably do all of the other work we want done down the road. Fewer hassles just sticking with them. Price is right. Work gets done fast. What more could anyone askfor?
My quote done quickly but the end date is now a week later than expected. We did not have any "ah-ohs, that is an additional???" The installers have been wonderful and have arrived on time each day. They are just waiting for the shower door. I was provided with their proof of insurance and Workmen's Compensation policy information
Very happy with the quality of the work but there were some issues with scheduling and getting answers from the PM who was assigned to our project. Once we brought up the concern to DMV’s management, they stepped up and took the PM’s place to speed up the process and addressed our concerns. At the end, the job got completed a little later than expected but we are happy with the outcome and will reach back to DMV for future projects.
DMV Renovation did an amazing job on our bathroom and kitchen. Julio was fantastic to work with start to finish. He was always available for questions, worked to understand our vision, and always kept price in mind. We were particularly impressed with the beautiful tilework and innovation he brought to our tricky bathroom set up and problem solving when removing our kitchen bulkhead. His team was hardworking, always considerate, and delivered on the quality promised. He was also quick. We didn't have to wait too long to start or for the work to be complete. We could not have been happier and the pictures prove it! (There is also a picture of pipes. It may look like much, but our plumbing was an absolute disaster and needed to be completely reworked to get the height we needed for the cabinets. The DMV miracle workers were able to work their magic and make our kitchen dream a reality) We will 100% reach back out to Julio and the team for our next project.
