I can't say enough good things about Dylan. Right from the start, you could tell he was a pro. He showed up on time and was so organized, getting all the pieces laid out perfectly before he even started. What really impressed me was how he handled a few issues that came up. We had some missing parts and things just weren't fitting right, but Dylan didn't even flinch. He just stayed positive and kept working at it, figuring out clever ways to make it all come together. He kept me in the loop the whole time and his energy was just amazing—he's the kind of person you feel comfortable having around your family. Seriously, he's one of a kind.
