Reviews
I had a really experience and would highly recommend them!
Alex and Daniel did excellent work and I would recommend them to other customers that needed an item disassembled.
Alexey was awesome! He did an excellent job assembling my desk and chair—far better than I could have done myself! He made sure everything was put together properly, worked perfectly, and arranged the desk exactly where I wanted it. He was very professional, punctual, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Alexey for his excellent service!
Never showed up. Committed to time / date and no communication after that.
initial communication was good, but slow process of ordering replacement parts and required multiple reminders to request updates. after initial repair was done, another major repair was needed that could have been identified when the provider originally assessed the job. after paying out $350 to replace a $35 part, we had to replace the entire appliance at full cost. if we could get a partial refund, we would.
Came through in a pinch and completed a complicated project! Would hire again in a heartbeat
They are very punctual, did the job in a timely manner. My fridge is running better than before. I think they need to work on communication, there was a language barrier so it could have been that. It took longer for my part to come and that wasn't communicated. I would definitely refer them to others.
Respond to clients request after the fact. Work was done without any substantiating paperwork. I’ve been trying since May to get a copy of an invoice!
Highly recommend DND Home Solutions . Same day repair on gas dryer.
Felt rushed , and did not appreciate the comment about getting latinos to paint and do cheaper work .
I called after troubleshooting my washer and had pretty much figured out I needed a new water pump. I put in a request on Thursday afternoon and Alexi was there to fix my washer the next day. He originally thought he would have to order part but later he came back with the part!
I’ll be using them again for other appliance repairs
Daniel was professional and efficient. He was cordial and performed the service I needed to fix the problem with my dryer in an organized manner. A very able young man.
