I hired DOA Pest Control to eliminate roaches in my apartment. In the beginning, they inspected the apartment and assured me they could solve the problem, so I signed a 1-year contract with them. Unfortunately, throughout the entire contract period, I continued having roach issues. I repeatedly informed them that the problem was not resolved, but nothing changed. After about 7–8 months, I gave up and requested to end the contract because the service was not working. I was told that I could not cancel early and would have to pay the full contract amount. I accepted that and informed them that I did not want to continue service after the contract ended. However, I continued being charged monthly even after the contract period was over. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service. I feel like I paid for nothing, as the original issue was never solved.
Christina helped me get set up with an appointment for my mouse problem in the middle of the night, she is BEYOND nice. Sam came the very next day and was thorough and professional and helped me have ease of mind.

Great service from start to finish. Sam Faust came out and handled everything really well you can tell he has a lot of experience and knows what he’s doing. He was also very respectful and easy to talk to, which I appreciated. We only needed a one-time treatment because we’re in the process of moving, but honestly, if we were staying in Hendersonville, TN, I would keep using this company going forward. I’ve used another pest control service before, and this one was definitely a step above. Overall, very impressed and would absolutely recommend them.
