BAD experience with this guy. He "installed" an EV charger. The car and charger were new- 2 days old. He installs the line and the charger is entirely dented and scratched. I asked what happened to the charger. This guy told me that it was already damaged. We literally unpacked it together. He was so rude and actually accused me by stating that I waited to have the line installed so I could accuse him of the damage and ultimately not pay him. He's a scammer. He's totally unprofessional and a bully. The charger was never tested. He never asked to bring the car around to check it. He left. He was paid. The charger was never installed properly. At the dealer, we had to test the charger separately, the car separately, the car and the charger together, etc. to determine the cause. Low and behold, it was his line. There was no way I would ever have this guy return to my house after damaging a $600 charger and isolating that the line was faulty. A new electrician (total professionals), identified that this guy never made the proper connections. The EV charger kept faulting (which it is required to do) because of weak connections and a heavy electric load (which is required for a Level 2 charger). I sent this so called professional the information from the dealer to show him that his line was the problem. I requested my money ($700) back and of course, never heard from him again. The other electricians fixed the issue and told me that any real professional would call the damage to my attention (in advance), since they wouldn't want to be held responsible. After all this, I looked at his reviews away from Thumbtack. Others had similar complaints- especially with his demeanor. I wish I knew this. DO NOT USE THIS GUY.

Doc helped fix an electrical issue at our bonus room and shed and replace all basement drop ceiling lights for LED. Doc and his son were very prompt in responding, found and corrected errors done by previous electricians and left leaving us comfortable that the work was done as efficiently as possible to leave us with a safe and up to code electrical. Very pleased with the result and highly recommend them.
