excellent
Matt was on time. He help me to see what was wrong with my copier. It really wasn't my copier but it had to do with Instaprint ink that I use.
Did a very good job. Copy machine is fixed! :)
Did very fine job
Improvement ~ The Pro said to me, he would try and locate the part. The Pro did not reply to me after funds were received. I consider Matt’s visit incomplete as he said himself, he would get back to me which he never did. What a waste of money 🥲
Nice people and nice work
We have been looking for an on-site copy technician for a while, contacted Doctor Copy through Thumbtack and immediately received a response and an initial visit the same day. We will definitely be utilizing their services for our copy machine needs going forward.
Very helpful and knowledgeable, Thanks for the meeting
