From start to finish, he was fantastic. He responded within a few hours, gave me a clear quote, showed up exactly when he said he would, and did the job right. He installed the shower door neatly, worked efficiently, and cleaned up everything afterward. Totally reliable and professional 10 out of 10!
They were amazing if i could give 10 stars i would saved my life
Alex and Alex both did a fantastic job assembling and installing our chandelier. The assembly itself was a little complicated and the install was done on a 20 foot ceiling. They took special care to insure the assembly was done perfectly and the install was completed with the highest quality! They definitely lived up to their company name in every aspect!
Alex did a great job with replacing my exterior door and storm door. He was very friendly and responsive when I had questions before the project and was able to quote me for a reasonable price. He replaced the framing around the door as well as gave me options for the kind of doors I would like installed. I was very happy with the way everything turned out and would highly recommend him.
Alex is a very skilled professional. He is focused, pays attention to details, listens to your vision and requirements then sets out to meet them. He succeeded in my case. Makes excellent use of the time with your projects, and delivers an outstanding product. His estimate was fair. I am very pleased and will definitely use him on future projects.
Did a great job installing indoor sliding door. Punctual, responsive, pays attention to detail, takes pride in his work, and services are reasonably priced. Will definitely use again!
I had a large light fixture that another installer was unable to install, and he came in and handled it with no problem at all! He got it installed incredibly fast, made sure everything was secure and positioned perfectly, and it looks absolutely amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. I’m so impressed with how smoothly the entire process went, especially after the trouble we had previously. I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely use him again for future projects
I highly recommend Done Right Solutions LLC! Alex installed two new ceiling fans for me and removed the old ones that were not working properly. What impressed me most was that he genuinely cared about doing the job right, rather than simply finishing and leaving. He was honest, knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough. When he discovered an issue with the electrical box, he took the time to troubleshoot it and even went into the attic to find out what was causing the problem. He made sure both fans were installed correctly and working properly before he left, and he also cleaned up the space afterward. It’s not easy to find someone who is this committed to doing quality work and making sure everything is done correctly. I would definitely recommend Alex and will gladly call him again for future projects!
Done right was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Responsive, professional, as well as kind. I requested a quote to have some electrical work done for my elderly parents. Done right was honest about communicating solution options, picked up the parts, provided receipts for reimbursement, showed up on time, and was done in 2 hours. There was no surprise charges when it came time for payment and the issue was resolved as promised.
Great work. He figured out the electrical issues with my dryer and fix it quickly. Will be call again for other work. Thank you
Aleksei is very responsive and answers questions promptly. The work is of good quality, and the cost is reasonable.
I hired Alex to update my laundry room — the scope included installing 2 cabinets and adding shelving. He did a great job from start to finish. As a bonus, he also installed a new vent duct to keep the dryer flush against the wall, which was a nice touch that really cleaned up the space. Would definitely recommend!
Had an issue installing our Ring Doorbelll where it wouldn’t function. I reached out to Salco Elec first but they declined the job. Won’t be using those guys. Alex reached out and said he could fix it so he came and figured out we needed a new transformer. He got the part, came back and got my doorbell working and it only took an hour start to finish. Really appreciate his friendliness, his professionalism and his willingness to help us out. Thank you Alex!!
I had my ceiling fan installed and had a great experience. The service was quick and efficient. I will definitely be using them again for future projects! 10***
He performed exemplary job.
I really appreciated everything from this company. They came in less than 12 hours and fixed everything so quickly. They were on time and communication was excellent. They fixed my fire alarm and my blinds. Thankful for them.
Alexi was very professional from the first moment he reached out until the completion of the job. He kept me informed and asked for my input at all the right moments. Very nice. I will work with him again on another project when I'm ready. Thank you so much!
Very pleased with project! Sink was resealed and new faucet installed. I will definitely use this contractor again in the future!
Done Right did a very excellent job on a complex condition of identity electrical wires and placing 3 pendants overhead of the island countertop. His calculations were amazing at problem solving and the quality of the work and cleanup was excellent.
