The cost of the service was $265 for him to put steel wool/copper mesh around areas where rodents could enter the home. His service for an inspection was twice what I paid Orkin to come out. I was hesitant about leaving a review but after he didn’t come back out within his 30 day guarantee, I felt compelled to do so. I’m leaving a 3-star review because he initially followed up promptly and was responsive. The level of service provided was not comparable to $265. It is nerve wrecking to have any type of animal/rodent in your home. An as an exterminator, if I ask you if that is mouse feces and your response is I’m not touching it. You can feel and squish it to see if it is. I thought there was some activity outside and asked him to please come and check the traps. He never showed up. There are still holes not covered where he put some mesh.I will just have to take the loss. At the end of the day, I could have gone to the hardware store and did this myself. Do your research for whatever pest issues you may have. You may be able to solve the issue yourself. I let fear get the best of me.

Christopher came out to service my home in August, and the inspection was $265. I called him again in November as I had a slight suspicion that something else may have been happening. I had questions — clarity is important to me. At the end of the short call I said I wanted to move forward and he said he’d call me back. In the subsequent days following, I followed up via text, left voicemail and he never responded.
Chris responded promptly to my request for service for a mice problem. After we discussed the issue he proceeded to lay the traps and bait in strategic areas. He then inspected outside to see if there were any cracks that they could have entered through. There wasn’t any. The conclusion was that they entered through a crack in my fireplace. Thank you Chris

Very courteous, professionalism, polite, very thorough check exterior & interior of my home & baited it up even the garage. When he was checking exterior of my home found a large humongous hole, the foundation, brick of my house on my neighbors side of the driveway therefore it’s taken care of.. Christopher was amazing. There was a raccoon in my attic that was taking my sleep away. Christopher made multiple trips to my house to see what’s going on.
