Still waiting on the City of Albany to "release" the permit to commence with taking down the existing stairs, railing and deck. So far, communcation with Leandro has been good.

Reviews
I couldn’t be happier with the beautiful deck Leandro Dornelles Construction built for me! My new deck looks amazing, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail are top-notch. Leandro was professional, reliable, responsive and made the entire process easy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work. 5 stars without hesitation!
Very happy with my experience. Lucky timing, but they were able to come next day to level subfloor and install LVP. Came out great and everyone was very friendly.
I had an excellent experience working with Leandro. Responded quickly and was very communicative during the estimate, planning, and work. Stayed within the estimate and was $3,000 lower than other quotes I had received. Entire deck was built in 4 days on difficult terrain. I would definitely hire Dornelles Construction again!
Leo responded quickly to my request and he is the only contractor who has picked up the materials for me.
Dornelles construction was great in many aspects of the job. His responsiveness to questions, professionalism and work all led to the job being completed. He used solid materials and priced very reasonably. I will use them again.
The work was completed efficiently and in good time. Cleaned up well and were very polite. I plan to use them for other jobs.
