They did and excellent job repairing my home. Our AC pipe was leaking and causing water damage to my daughter's window and wall in her room. They came and out and gave me a quote within 2 days. They just wrapped the job up today. Alfredo was amazing the whole time. He went in that hot attic to find where the leak was and fixed it. They did awesome!! I will definitely be using them again for other fixes around my home.

Carlos Cruz saved us thousands of dollars for unnecessary repairs to our bathroom ceiling that a local home restoration company had said were needed. Double C evaluated the damage, gave us a reasonable quote and made the repairs in a timely manner. The team was professional and did excellent work! I highly recommend them for any repair or remodeling projects you may have.
Incomplete job and refusal to fix it. Several areas aren’t fully painted. All of my fixtures have paint debris. The entire tub and bathroom floor has been sprayed with paint. Cabinet has paint on it also. Several lights stopped working and had to be replaced due to paint spray. Paint is pealing in corners . Contractor will say that his work has a warranty but won’t reply to your messages after .
The service received was great, Double C Services called me back right away to help assist in an emergency that happened overnight. He was knowledgeable on what was happening and gave informative advice and suggestions. Thank you for your much needed help.
Love this company! They have redone two of my bathrooms - guest bath and primary. I will have them do my half bath as well. They give an itemized invoice that helps incredibly to understand price points. My boyfriend and I review and see what we can do ourselves and will cross it off and they revise. We typically demo and take out/reset toilet and other things like that. The team is great with communication, they let me know when they were on the way, shared any issues they were facing, talked about options for what to do next, and were great with giving me recommendations. There were times I would have to leave for the day or the weekend and they stayed and locked up. I trust them completely. Miguel and Tommy have been the primary workers I have worked with and they’re very friendly and good singers ;) Keep in mind with the photos - my boyfriend and I do the baseboards, mirror, vanity installation in the guest bath, toilet reset, hardware installation, etc. You can have Double C do these things but I was looking for ways to save money and it was honestly fun and rewarding.
Carlos and his team are amazing- I wish I could give them 6 stars. This has been the best experience working with a contractor. They explain the entire process, provide options, times lines and keep you informed. We love our bathroom. The project came out even better than we could have expected.
Carlos and his team have outdone themselves with our master bathroom remodel. They did some great work rising up to our lofty standards. We especially appreciate how Carlos was responsive and fast in getting our project started. This was the first big renovation we’ve ever done, so Carlos was also helpful in setting expectations and giving sound advice from his decades of experience. The only big issue we’ve had throughout the experience was some miscommunication between Carlos and his team, but we’ve learned that it was more on us not speaking directly with Carlos anytime we wanted something done. Painting the cabinets inside of the bathroom instead of the garage was a baffling choice we can’t comprehend, and the paint job still missed some spots. Overall though, we are very pleased with how it came out and glad we went with Double C Services for the job!
Love my new bathroom! My old bathroom was so old and crusty and Miguel and the rest of his team made it new and beautiful! Everyone was always on time, professional, and communication was great. I did have to follow up on fixing some minor issues and asked them to sand and fix some painting but nothing major. Very fairly priced, as well. I would hire them again for another project for sure!
Carlos & his team did a great work with our bathroom remodel. Got a free estimate on the spot, was transparent with costs and offered alternatives and was affordable enough to add on a last minute tiling on our laundry room. Project took less than a week, every one always arrived on time or earlier and kept us up to date throughout the project.
We needed an odd bathroom converted into 1.5 baths. Carlos, Miguel and their team got lustened to our requi, gave us a fair price and started work with short notice. Containments were set up to minimize dust. The team was very professional and courteous and took care of electrical, plumbing, framing, etc. Highly recommend their services.
I would also add value and punctuality. The team was very responsive, quick to get in and get the job started, and not in a hurry to get it completed. They waited and made sure everything was totally dry before they pulled the equipment. I definitely recommend this team for any water remediation project
Terrible work and terrible professionalism. Daniel was the main guy. No attention to detail and provided no updates unless I asked for it. Luckily, I held back a little bit to get it basically re-done by someone else. See for yourself in the pictures. STAY FAR AWAY!
We were a little hesitant to find someone to update our upstairs bath without having a referral but we took a chance anyway. After posting my project, I was contacted by Carlos who came over within a day to provide an estimate. He provided a detailed estimate while here as well as by email the same day. The team started on our project the following week and completed it within a week. We were very impressed with the punctuality, cleanliness and professionalism of Alex and Louis. I've worked with contractors before and they normally don't start at the time they say they will start or complete the job within the agreed upon time frame. Everything was changed and updated in the bathroom with the exception of the tub.
Miguel and Angel came out to install hardiboard on my floors and remove the thinset I had put down trying to level out my floors on my own. They did a fantastic job and couldn’t be more pleased with how friendly they were and quick they worked. They were well organized and cleaned up the area when the work was complete. I’m extremely impressed. Carlos and his crew were really great with responsiveness and communication. They let me know when they were on their way and when to expect them. I am extremely satisfied with their work and will use them again on future projects as well as gladly refer them out to friends
It was a pleasure working with Carlos and his crew. Quality work for a fair price!
Staff was very punctual and even arrived before time. The team did a tear out and installed kitchen backsplash. They repaired some botched work from previous contractors. Grout work, edging and corners was not what I expected. They did come out the next day and clean up grout a bit. See photos.
Carlos and his team did should an amazing job after we got ,”Got”and the “other” people left us hanging and took our money and split on us! Carlos is a life saver. Hired again and had him to do our hallway , doors and door jams and baseboards. 10🌟 Getting ready to do our kitchen and family room later this year and Carlos is who we be calling and you should too! 👍🏼
Carlos at Double C Services did a great job. We had our shower completely re-done. We also had our closet floor tiled and the wall repaired. They also painted the wall. They did a great job and we appreciate their work. I recommend Double C Services.
When I posted my shower remodel project, Carlos was able to meet me the same day. He even helped pick out tile samples and fixtures. This was a tremendous help for me. He stayed on top of everything and was able to finish the job quicker than what was original quoted. I will highly reccomend Double C Services! And I love my new shower!
Super professional. Came in with accurate and detailed bid. Finished job on time and on budget.
