The job has not been started yet!
Never showed back up to finish the job as promised. A culvert pipe extension for a pond outlet that he installed settled and disconnected within a year of install. No response after many attempts of contacting over several months. I had another job for him to do when he came back out as well, which would have been the 3rd job I had hired him for. Totally ghosted. Not a great way to treat somebody who had supported your business.
Great experience. Was able to get me a quote and come out the next day, good responsiveness and good work. Would recommend to others!
Was responsive then communication lacked. Destroyed backyard and didn’t com back to complete as promise.
Excellent work, I'm very pleased with the results. Kyle was professional and easy to work with. He responded promptly to look over the job and we agreed on a price and a start date. He showed up on time with the necessary equipment. The job was skillfully completed on time and as agreed. I do not hesitate to recommend Dougie Excavating. They know what they are doing.
We set up a time to look at the job, they were a no call no show. I reached out twice for another chance and no answer.
Kyle is nothing short of incredible! He came out in record time, gave a more than fair quote and completed the job quicker than I could have ever imagined. He dealt with a few last minute requests on my end and was nothing but professional. My yard is perfectly graded and I truly could not be happier with the entire experience. Thank you!!
We had a pool installed and the yard was left in a less than desirable condition. Kyle came out gave his assessment and was actually able to get out here the following day to complete the work. Work initialed a regrade of a good portion of our back yard. Very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to complete the regrade and fix an existing drainage issue we had before. A+ would recommend to others.
.
I've spent the last year building a new home. I hired Kyle to do the final grade and spread seed/straw. He ran into some delays with equipment, weather, my previous scraping and backfill jobs, etc, but pulled through and spent his 4th of July finishing up. He did a great job. Unfortunately Mother Nature had other plans and decided to dump an inch of rain down in 20 minutes the next day and cut huge trenches into my beautiful topsoil and washed most of my seed and straw down the creek. That is pretty much how every step of the home construction has gone though. Yay for my great luck. This has nothing to do with Kyle though, I'm 100% happy with what he did.
It looks great
Kyle was very professional as well as prompt. He thinks outside the box to find the best solutions to our needs. I would highly recommend him
Very good
