Reviews
Down and Dirty did a great job. They were flexible with my needs and really helped us out with our home.
DnD is really top notch, they are prompt to reply, very professional, the housekeeping is excellent. Christie the housekeeper, after I showed her what rooms I wanted cleaned went about her business. I told her if she needed my help to lift or move anything to call me. She only needed help with the recliner other than that she did a very good job, better than what I could do. The house was very dusty from my dogs going in and out on their own and it being an older farm house. I could tell the difference in my nostrils. I give it five stars but it was my first time having a housekeeper. I had nothing to compare it to accept the way my deceased wife did it. I should have been more specific for what I wanted done in each room. I thought saying clean this room would have been enough. Most everything was cleaned good enough to get the dust out of the air. How long will it last I don't know! The test of time will be my determination for value. If I compared it to my results it's a ten star accomplishment. The final star value will be determined in the future. Desi Handley, the owner is very polite and customer oriented. You'll be happy working with her. Before I hired her I had other housekeeper appointments but they never followed through on their commitments. Desi did follow through on the commitment she made and her employe was spot on arriving too! Thank you Desi!!
I really appreciate that they were timely and very professional. When I pointed out anything missed they immediately took care of it with a smile. Would highly recommend this company.
Great experience was on time did excellent job highly recommend.
Good value for a good cleaning. Super friendly and responsive. No complaints at all.
Desi responded quickly and professionally when she contacted me. The fact it was a personal touch from the beginning made all the difference to me. Hillary was my cleaner, she was early, attentive to what I requested as well as over the top in her cleaning. I couldn’t be more happy.
Hillary did an awesome job of cleaning our house today! We have decided to keep them for our monthly cleaning going forward! Hillary was on time and their team is very responsive to messages.
They came through and did an amazing job at my last minute request.
The worker and I had difficulty finding each other but the worker kept trying until we were able to locate each other. The worker listened and worked hard. She gave me some organization ideas.
